The Fairy Kingdom
It gives us great pleasure to be allocated this time and space to communicate with you and to share our
message of wisdom. Our message today we believe is vitally important for the wellbeing of humanity and
Mother Earth, to enhance the harmony between each existence. We hope that you will share our message
with your loved ones and friends so that we on the Earth can unite and gradually aid the raise in
consciousness of humanity.
We are beings of light known as the fairies; we speak to you now as one vast community of light from the
fairy kingdom on the inner planes. We are the carers of the Earth, nature world and of course the souls in
manifestation as humans and animal. We are your protectors and guardians. Each of you have at least one
fairy guiding you on the Earth, it is the mission of your fairy guide to assist you in reconnecting and
integrating with Mother Earth and the nature world, through this bond enlightenment and comprehension will
be discovered. We hope that you will open your hearts and souls to the fairy kingdom and your fairy guides,
as it is this link and connection among many others that will assist in restoring harmony, peace and love on
the Earth.
As fairies our entire being is composed of love, the energy of the Creator flows through our beings
constantly. We act out the will of the Creator to assist souls in manifestation in growing and understanding
their reality, lessons and why they are present on the Earth. All these goals can be achieved by humans
when they reconnect with the fairy kingdom and nature world, most importantly accept their body as a loving
creation of the Creator’s mighty soul.
Love is a pure energy that exists within the soul of the Creator but is present within every living or vibrating
energy on the Earth. When we learn to love ourselves unconditionally we accept the divine energy within our
beings. We learn to respect ourselves as more than we can currently see or understand ourselves to be on
the Earth. Acceptance doesn’t connect with the ego, believing that it is better than others because its body
is a pure manifestation of love. It is simply a realisation of the truth within. When we learn to love ourselves
we learn to honour and respect ourselves, our actions and the people or animals who also live on the Earth.
Respecting yourself and others is the issue that we wished to bring to your attention. Respect stems from
love and devotion for one’s soul and the Creator. It is the quality of respect that is missing in the lives of
many on the Earth, once this quality is adopted then it will cause a great raise in energy vibration and
consciousness that would benefit all on the Earth.
We fairies love ourselves unconditionally and respect the divine energies, abilities and power of our souls.
We respect the Earth as a sacred jewel and Mother Earth as a wise and holy goddess. We devote our time
and energy to the will of the Creator, knowing and trusting that we are working to enhance the learning of
many.
We respect the sun for the light that is shared, the moon for its glowing presence in the black night. We
honour the wind, the rain, all forms of elements and weather. We understand that when we honour and
respect these qualities which are again manifestations of the Creator’s soul we restore balance in the
climate and weather across the entire world. We respect the soil because we appreciate that love flows
through each granule and know that it offers us a natural and safe haven to live on, to build homes, families
and a sacred reality for learning. Soil is like golden dust and it assists the nature land in thriving abundantly.
We ask the humans to learn to respect the gifts that the Earth has to offer. The nature world and animals are
so precious, there are so many things, beings and experiences on the Earth that you can be thankful for,
honouring Mother Earth and the Creator with your prayers of blessings and thanks. Our dear human friends,
by simply learning to be thankful for your reality on the Earth and to honour the divine that exists within every
living creature, person or vibration of light, you will restore the natural balance of the Earth. Many negative
situations are being caused by human’s disrespect for the Earth and each other. When we honour the divine
within our souls we will discover that the same divine energy exists within every manifestation on the Earth.
We will learn to honour, love and respect in a way that has never been experienced before on the Earth. This
is the will of the Creator. Be thankful for what you have now and you will attract abundance in many forms into
your life. Honour and respect the nature world and its many kingdoms and you will gain the trust of Mother
Earth and us the fairy kingdom, allowing us to work in harmony and love together.

We are a congregation of Ascended Masters and beings of the purity of the Creator’s soul who gather from
many aspects and areas of the Creator’s universe. We are united in our devotion to aid the planet Earth in
its spiritual growth. We are integrated as one through our love and passion to exist as the Creator, with the
Creator and for the Creator. We are the Great White Brother and Sisterhood, let us bow before you and lay
our blessings on your head. Let us now work together to raise the energy vibration of humanity and to break
free from the thick barriers of the Earth to dance and rejoice in our freedom and the freedom of the soul.
We are the luminosity of the Creator, our white light signifies our purity and the teaching, lessons and
spiritual goals we have achieved to exist as enlightened beings. We are realised Ascended Masters.
Everyone on the Earth is an Ascended Master but there is a lengthy process from birth to affinity where we
must truly accept ourselves as Ascended Masters, with the purity of the Creator existing within our soul as
wisdom, love, healing, enlightenment and inner power. We have realised our divine truth and have evolved
from the Earth to exist as flames of white light on behalf of the Creator.
We are here to guide you forth; those who are receptive to our energies may open their hearts to us and
allow our love to pour into their souls. We are open to assisting all who wish to grasp their Ascended Master
consciousness. This is an understanding of the truth of your being, your purpose on the Earth and the truth of
the world or universe around you. To accept your Ascended Master consciousness is to act, think and exist
as the Creator in magnificent loving bounty on the Earth. It is our purpose as a team of Ascended Masters to
guide those who call on our energies, through their spiritual journey on the Earth. We are here to light the
way from the spiritual planes so that you may follow your spiritual path with ease and perfection.
We are a powerful gathering of many souls who have travelled the Earth in different time period and with
different purposes. When you call on our energies by repeating our combined name to yourself during
meditation you may feel the purity of our energies cleansing and healing your being, boosting your energy
vibration. We may work with you as a group or an individual brother or sister will form a personal connection
with you because of the similarities of your purpose on the Earth to their previous lifetimes. It is our mission
when invoked to examine the goals of your soul and the level of growth that you have currently attained. We
will then enhance certain areas of your spiritual development to allow you to achieve your goals with ease on
the Earth. It is our specialty to give the students of the Earth a boost in energy and frequency to accelerate
them along their spiritual paths. You may call on our assistance if you feel that your growth is becoming

The Period of Preparation for Transformation
We, Master Kuthumi and Ganesh draw close to those now who are focused and determined in achieving
their goals of mastery. The time that lies before us is a period of preparation for all those who wish to rise to
a new level of consciousness and awareness. It is a time when all the lessons that you have experienced
and achieved can be collected, viewed and integrated with your being. Lessons and reoccurring patterns in
your life must now be submerged with light to break away from the old energies and anchor the new
abundant and loving energies of 2009. From 8th August 2008, higher vibrations will be pouring into the
Earth, into those who invoke and anchor its energies. This will instigate a boost of vibration and light
quotient for many allowing them to tie up lose ends in their lives and realities, mastering many aspect of their
beings and personalities in order to obtain a new level of consciousness. The energy entering the Earth with
such force and vigor is the golden light of the Christ Consciousness; it endeavors to anchor and manifest
love onto the Earth through the souls and energy systems of humanity.
Ganesh and I have come to make many aware of this stage of preparation that will soon be developing; we
wish to make you aware of your mission while offering you valuable guidance. This period of time has been
planned for sometime by the inner planes of the spirit world and many of your guides have been directing
you to achieve a certain level of awareness and consciousness in order to be ready for the wonderful
challenge ahead. It is a challenge to humanity to gain and anchor the Christ Consciousness and their
Ascended Master Consciousness into their beings.
Love needs to be anchored constantly into your being in order to release old energy patterns and the
negativity of the past. Love must be anchored and integrated with the mind so that positive thoughts flourish
and negative thoughts of doubt, fear and poverty may be eliminated eternally from the mindsets of many.
Love is the key to all periods of transformation, as you integrate the Christ Consciousness which essentially
is love into your being, you will manifest a reality of love for you to exist within. This will allow you to constantly
experience the powerful influences of pure abundance in your spiritual and physical lives on the Earth. The
energy of abundance and peace will be the final result of this transformational period if all focus on
mastering their minds and anchoring the Christ Consciousness into every aspect of their being. Abundance,
peace and love will develop from within each soul. As courageous souls share their light with others these
divine qualities will seep across the world.
This may sound like a difficult task but I assure you that it is achievable. If you place your determination and
concentration on achieving this goal set by the Creator to raise the energy vibration of humanity as a group
consciousness, you will be submerged with support, guidance and light to ensure your safe passage to a
new level of consciousness with ease.
During meditation invoke the Christ Consciousness to anchor and integrate into your being, descending into
your crown chakra at the top of your head. Focus on the light melting into your mind. You can ask for your
mind to be reprogrammed with positive thought forms and beliefs. You can also affirm positive statements
about yourself and your desires to ensure they manifest into your reality. Manifesting with the mind is one of
the challenges of this period of transformation.
Imagine the golden light integrating into your soul and descending down through your chakras into the Earth.
As you emanate your soul light you allow the golden light of the Christ Consciousness to expand and melt
into your aura. The Christ Consciousness begins to shimmer as it unites with your energy field. This
shimmering works as an activation, stimulating the higher frequencies and energy vibrations of your aura
and soul to come to the forefront, manifesting into your reality.
Allow yourself to take advantage of the vast amounts of new energies being poured into the Earth and
humanity. Allow yourself to anchor these energies into your being. The energy will assist you in mastering
your mind, producing positive thought forms and expressing the love of your soul to many across the world.
Allow love to be your focus and you will reap the rewards of mastery abundantly. Effort must be put into
motion now but the short period of focus will manifest a greater loving and prosperous life in all ways for
yourself. Don’t be taunted by the term ‘mastery’ we only expect you to rise to a new awareness gaining the
next step of your journey of mastery on the Earth. Mastery develops over time so don’t doubt yourself but
allow yourself to easily access a new level of vibration, frequency and awareness, integrating it into your
being.

My dear friends and fellow light workers, I bring you a special message which you can use to align and
anchor the energies of abundance and love into your being as a continuation of last week’s message. As I
said previously this is a special period of Earth’s evolution, much seems the same on the Earth but there are
great transformations and gatherings of light occurring on the inner planes. Many ascended masters are
anchoring not just their soul energy but their ascended master consciousness into the Earth, their students
and humanity. This is a precious and momentous occasion as those who are receptive can easily tap into
this energy and use it as acceleration for their own spiritual awareness, aiding them in accessing their
ascended master consciousness. This means that you will be able to more readily understand the truths of
the Creator, the universe and your soul, integrating and accepting them into your own physical reality. Of
course great focus is placed on the power of love as we develop through this period of transformation. The
ascended masters as they gather on the inner planes and channel their light, as a blazing light wave onto the
Earth, focus on both accepting and sharing the love of the Creator. Love is the key for this period, anchoring
love in some form into the Earth and humanity now will be a great achievement, but it will also create the
necessary foundation for the forth coming process of growth and ascension, which of course means raising
your energy vibration to a new level of consciousness.
What wonderful and exciting times we have ahead of us now. As we all focus on our spiritual growth,
anchoring love into every aspect of our being, mastering the thoughts of the mind and believing that we are a
manifestation of the Creator on the Earth, we will create the appropriate foundation for greater love and
wisdom, beyond your imagination, to be anchored and integrated into the Earth. Many violent and negative
situations on the Earth will simply dissolve as light workers anchor love into their beings. They may feel and
experience abundance and prosperity in all forms in their lives, as they share their love and energy with
those surrounding them and the world.
Let us light many candles of love across the world, let us unite with determination in mastering an aspect of
our being and integrating a greater aspect of the Christ consciousness into the Earth. I cannot control my
excitement over the thought of a transformation occurring on the Earth and love being eternally anchored into
the Earth. It is a process instigated by such as simple thought, intention or invocations that can transform the
world.
I will not deceive you in saying that come 2009 the world will exist purely in love and everyone will experience
heaven on the Earth, sensitive to their guides with the ability to express their soul. This is a wonderful thought
but the mass of humanity is not yet ready to accept this transformation. By the end of 2008, if you have
focused with determination and love you will notice a lift in your energy vibration, your spiritual awareness
and abilities. You may also discover that everything in your life flows easily and successfully without much
effort because you are being guided by the divine energy and source of the Creator and your soul. It is this
tiny but vastly important shift in the consciousness of some of humanity that will assist and boost light
workers forward along the path to ascension. Ascension is not a wall that you must pass through and
suddenly everything is perfect, luminous and you are your soul in manifestation. Ascension is a process of
discovery and growth; it is a slow and sometimes long ladder of challenges or experiences for you to climb
through. Let me make it clear, it is the journey to ascension that you will treasure eternally and not the actual
state.
Numerous energies will be anchored into the Earth over the coming years and there will be several occasion
when we as your ascended master guides state that you need to focus on an aspect of your being or
integrating energies. It is these precious periods of growth that combined will allow you to discover the truth
and will raise the consciousness of humanity. When the time for the major shift in consciousness occurs you
may not even notice it because you have been slowly climbing the mountain and so when you finally reach
the top, you do not notice your new position or state of existence.
I believe that it is now appropriate for you to align your energies with the energy of love descending from the
Christ consciousness and the energy of abundance descending from the core of the Creator’s mighty soul.

ascended masters align my entire being and soul to the highest vibration of love from the Christ
consciousness that is available at a planetary level. Integrate within my being the energy of abundance in all

The Angelic Star of the Christ
Meditation
I am Archangel Metatron, I am the leader of the archangels and the angelic kingdom; I am a holder of the
Christ energy at a universal level.
I stand before you now as a star illuminating a pure white energy that anchors the colours, vibrations and
frequencies of the universe. As I stand before you emanating my light, I send a star shaped orb of my light to
your soul. I name this the Angelic Star of the Christ and I wish to share its energy with you. This star of light is
comprised of the love of the entire angelic kingdom, the archangels and my own energy. It is a sacred
energy capsule that when activated will pour the love of the angelic kingdom into your being.
The Angelic Star of the Christ melts into your heart chakra; it maintains its form as it begins to emanate light
and love which pours into your soul and body. Sit peacefully in meditation and accept the energy of my
Angelic Star of the Christ into your being. Know that it is healing and cleansing your being assisting you in
accepting and anchoring the energy of the Christ into your being and reality. All negative emotions are
dispersed while positive emotions are amplified. Feel, sense, absorb and relax into the love of the angelic
kingdom.
When you are ready imagine the Angelic Star of the Christ moving up to your third eye chakra. The energy of
the star continues to pulsate from this new position into your body and aura. The Angelic Star of the Christ
seeps deeper into your third eye chakra at your brow. The energy of the star is activating your third eye to
bring forth a new clarity and comprehension. It is also clearing and healing your mind of any negative energy
or thoughts to anchor love of the purest form into your mind, actions and reactions to your experiences on
the Earth. Surrender to the angelic energy of love and allow it to wash over your mind.
When you are ready and your mind feels as though it has anchored love, feeling refreshed and awake, then
send the Angelic Star of the Christ down through your chakra systems slowly until it reaches your root
chakra. The light will flow through your throat, heart, solar plexus and sacral chakras until it reaches the root
chakra at the base of your spine. Allow the star to rest here for a moment feeling the vibrancy, power and
loving energy of the star. Remember that the energy of the star is connecting you on a deeper level with the
angelic kingdom.
Imagine the star flowing down into the centre of the Earth, imagine or know that it melts completely into the
soul of Mother Earth, so much so that the form of the star dissolves. You are assisting in the anchoring of the
Christ Consciousness into the Earth to aid the ascension of humanity at this special period of accelerated
growth.
The energy that you have absorbed from the star has increased the amount of light and love in your aura and
being. This will aid you in your focus on your spiritual development process on the Earth. The purpose of the
Period of Transformation from 08-08-08 to 2009 is to anchor the energy of the Christ into the Earth and to
aid people in eliminating fear while mastering their minds to create abundance in all form in their life. This
meditation will aid you greatly when practised to anchor the Christ Consciousness into your being for your
own growth and the evolution of humankind. The star is healing and cleansing and so will remove many
blockages in your being and obstacles in your life to allow you to achieve your goals. This meditation can be
completed as many times as you wish, simply invoke my energy to stand before you at the beginning of your
meditation.

Reprogramming the Energy of the Body to aid Ascension
It is I Lady Portia; I come to you now from the brilliant light of the seventh ray of light. This is a ray of light that
emanates the vibrant and majestic colour of violet. It is the energy of transformation, change and the new
age, mainly due to the presence of the violet flame of transmutation within the vast ashram. The energy of
the seventh ray allows many to release old and unneeded habits and to embrace a high vibration, a new
world of love and peace. It is a new consciousness and existence within and around them that allows them
to connect on a deeper level with the energy of the Creator, the source and the Universe. It is my mission to
anchor healing and cleansing into the Earth as a way of unveiling or drawing open the curtain that act as a
boundary between your physical form and spiritual truth. The violet ray of light which I embody completely
accelerates spiritual illumination and education, again allowing many to access the truth of their soul and the
Creator.
I know that past spiritual guides have channelled their energy through Natalie to help all understand the
period of transformation that is occurring on the Earth due to the intense waves of energy from the
Ascended Masters on the inner planes and the Christ Consciousness. These guides have spoke of mastery
and anchoring love which is imperative at this time as it is a unique and valuable opportunity to accelerate
your spiritual growth in such a short time frame. In truth this period of transformation and time is to access
the soul energy of the Creator and the soul within. I ask that you retain these ideas, with determination focus
all your efforts onto connecting with the Christ Consciousness and mastering your being especially your
mind, but I ask that you now allow me to add a new concept or understanding to assist you in anchoring this
goal.
As I have said, the seventh ray has the ability to cleanse the past and present of negativity and anchor the
high vibrations of the Creator into the Earth, thus awakening many to a new awareness, currently beyond
comprehension. If cleansing brings forth a new awareness then I believe that it is vitally necessary at this
accelerated period of transformation. Cleansing is not simply the practice of removing or dissolving
negative energy but it also raises ones energy vibration, mood and enhances the joy within your being. Your
physical body is so dense and heavy in energy, of course it must be so to allow you to experience your
lessons on the Earth school, but the programming of the dense energy doesn’t have to be negative or even
neutral, it can be positive, loving and inspirational. Each time you practise a cleansing meditation of any
kind you are programming the heavy energy of your body and even aura to anchor greater love, the more
you focus on cleansing or anchoring light into your being the deeper your positive and loving programming
will penetrate the heaviness of your being. Remember that you do not as yet wish to transform your heavy
energy into high vibrational light as it could cause you to lose your physical body but you wish to reprogram it
with high vibrational light. There is a difference.
If you imagine your body is comprised of thousands of balloons, the balloons are the heavy energy or lower
vibrational energy that creates your physical body. For an average person focusing on their physical life only,
the balloons would hold either negative or neutral energies as well as the energy of some positive or painful
emotions they have experienced. If the energy is neutral then it has no affect on your life or spiritual growth,
this is not always a good thing as both negative and neutral energy within the balloons can cause illness,
tiredness, lack of energy or a feeling fatigue to a person’s body and general feelings or health.
If the balloons are programmed with love, holding love of the purest kind within the heavy energy of the
balloon’s walls then this will positively influence a person’s body. They will experience radiant health, joy,
happiness and bliss. You have to imagine that if you were to stand in a small room and a circle of people
stood around you emanating negativity, you would feel depleted but if they expressed love and joy you would
feel uplifted. The energy of your physical body has a similar influence on your emotions, thoughts and
actions.
By anchoring love into your mind to overcome negative thoughts, into your being and chakras you will
influence the energy of your body to a certain extent but if negative energies, thought habits and beliefs are
still within the energy programming of your body they will constantly come forth to distract you or hinder your
growth. This can occur even when a person has fully mastered their mind and only radiates positive thoughts
at all times. The programming of the body can still bring forth old habits that are no longer needed.
Many people do not realise that they must cleanse, heal and most importantly positively program the energy
of their body to support their spiritual practices and growth process but it is a vital aspect of mastery and
growth.
From my ashram I have been observing many of you, you are becoming tired and drained due to your
concentrated focus on your spiritual growth and also your physical realities, you are allowing the
programming of your body’s energy to influence and stagnate your being. Now is the time to overcome this
minor problem and take full mastery of your body, charging it with light, love and positivity.
First I must remind you to continue with your cleansing processes, to cleanse your entire being each day is
not too frequent. You may invoke my energy during meditation by repeating my name. You may also invoke
the seventh ray of light to flow into your being through your crown chakra and to surround you completely.
Invoking the violet flame of transmutation to descend into your being for five minutes a day is also beneficial,
allow yourself to breath within this energy and have faith that a cleansing process will and has occurred.
Now I wish to assist you in reprogramming your body and its energy so that it influences you in a positive
way from now on. I wish to offer you this invocation to aid you in anchoring and integrating the energies
during meditation.
‘I invoke now the presence of Lady Portia to oversee this activation and reprogramming, ensure that I am
safe and protected at all times. I invoke the violet ray of light to surround me in a cylinder of violet light that is
vast and expansive, covering my entire being. As I sit within this high vibrational energy I ask that my entire
being is cleansed completely and that love is anchored into every energy vibration, dimension, level and
particle of my being.
Lady Portia and the seventh ray of light, I ask you specifically to focus your energy and cleansing vibration
into my physical body, its energy and vibration. I ask that every energy particle that creates my physical body
is charged with the light and loving energy of the Creator and the seventh ray of light. I ask that the energy
particles of my body vibrate and pulsate with joy, happiness, peace, harmony and most importantly love.
Program my body to continually and externally emanate love into my mind, emotions and actions both on the
Earth and the spiritual planes. Allow my body to be a beacon of light forever more.
My physical body and every particle that generates my body create a temple of love and joy, all negative
energies or thought patterns have now been dissolved from my body.
The energy of my body is cleansed, healed and charged with love; my physical body is the embodiment of
love and influences me only in loving ways.
Lady Portia, allow this reprogramming to continue until I am 100% the physical embodiment of love and joy.

The Galactic Federation of Ascended Masters
I am Commander Ashtar and I come with my friend and companion Master So Ma. Together we bring the
most sacred and most guarded information and wisdom to the Earth but most importantly the trusted
lightworkers of the Earth.
During the accelerated period of growth that has recently begun on the Earth of aiding all in anchoring
greater love and achieving a new aspect of mastery and ascension, we the airborne Ascended Masters
wish to assist in anchoring love onto the Earth. We will come to the Earth in our space craft as it is easier for
us to access the physical levels and vibrations of the Earth due to our protected armour around the ship than
it is for the Ascended Masters on the inner planes. The Ascended Masters of the inner planes are the key
focus of this period of anchoring love into the Earth, their waves of light, support, love and encouragement
are constantly anchoring into the Earth but we wish to assist in the anchoring of the Ascended Masters
energy into the physical planes of the Earth.
On the six of October we the galactic federation along with many devoted Ascended Masters will travel in
our space craft, entering into the aura of the Earth, orbiting within the sky. We have a special mission of
anchoring and placing four large crystals which are predominantly known as Love Crystals into the Earth.
They are semi physical, semi light crystals of a pink colour with aspects of golden energy merging
throughout, akin to a marble effect. The crystals are double terminated crystals meaning that they are long
with a point at each end. Each crystal is roughly the length of a tall man’s lower leg but are quite thick in
width. These crystal and special energy forms have been charged with the love of the Ascended Masters,
they are known as Love Crystal because they are only receptive to anchoring pure love and therefore only
emanate pure love. Four crystals will be placed into the Earth’s soil, near the surface at four different areas
across the Earth. The places of penetration cannot be shared as we have to ensure that the greatest
protection is placed around this project so that it flows smoothly and easily without hindrance and obstacles.
The anchoring of these four crystals onto the Earth will make a significant change to the vibration of the
Earth, allowing more people to become receptive to the love of the Ascended Masters and the Creator. The
influence the crystals will allow more people to become open to sharing the love of their souls with others
and a greater desire to exist on the Earth as love in manifestation will burn brighter. You can see that it is of
great importance that we actually get to place the crystals in the soil of the Earth and the grid network of the
Earth. The love of the crystals will then melt and seep across the world until their energies meet, they will
travel through soil, grid lines and ley lines both physically and spiritually anchoring greater love onto the
Earth. Once their energy has coated the surface of the Earth with energy of love many people may feel the
vibrations of love ascending through their feet chakras and into their realities. This is our main purpose and
aim, also if we heal Mother Earth a fraction more we will assit in heal humanity as well. The crystals will then
act as anchors for greater love to be integrated and poured into the Earth from the Ascended Masters and
the Creator’s. This means that any waves of love channelled through the crystals into the Earth will have a
greater affect on humanity as they will be converted into energy that is acceptable to those in physical
bodies.
We hope that you can understand the sacred work that we are completing and its great importance. Our visit
is not one to gain attention from humanity nor is it to convent many to the powers of the Creator. We simply
wish to enter into the aura of the Earth, achieve our mission and then step back or return to our homes on
the inner planes to oversee the presence of the crystals from a far.

the Earth. Acceptance doesn’t connect with the ego, believing that it is better than others because its body

we learn to honour and respect ourselves, our actions and the people or animals who also live on the Earth.
Respecting yourself and others is the issue that we wished to bring to your attention. Respect stems from
love and devotion for one’s soul and the Creator. It is the quality of respect that is missing in the lives of
many on the Earth, once this quality is adopted then it will cause a great raise in energy vibration and
consciousness that would benefit all on the Earth.

respect these qualities which are again manifestations of the Creator’s soul we restore balance in the

through each granule and know that it offers us a natural and safe haven to live on, to build homes, families
and a sacred reality for learning. Soil is like golden dust and it assists the nature land in thriving abundantly.
We ask the humans to learn to respect the gifts that the Earth has to offer. The nature world and animals are
so precious, there are so many things, beings and experiences on the Earth that you can be thankful for,
honouring Mother Earth and the Creator with your prayers of blessings and thanks. Our dear human friends,
by simply learning to be thankful for your reality on the Earth and to honour the divine that exists within every
living creature, person or vibration of light, you will restore the natural balance of the Earth. Many negative
situations are being caused by human’s disrespect for the Earth and each other. When we honour the divine

We, Master Kuthumi and Ganesh draw close to those now who are focused and determined in achieving
their goals of mastery. The time that lies before us is a period of preparation for all those who wish to rise to
a new level of consciousness and awareness. It is a time when all the lessons that you have experienced
and achieved can be collected, viewed and integrated with your being. Lessons and reoccurring patterns in
your life must now be submerged with light to break away from the old energies and anchor the new
abundant and loving energies of 2009. From 8th August 2008, higher vibrations will be pouring into the
Earth, into those who invoke and anchor its energies. This will instigate a boost of vibration and light
quotient for many allowing them to tie up lose ends in their lives and realities, mastering many aspect of their
beings and personalities in order to obtain a new level of consciousness. The energy entering the Earth with
such force and vigor is the golden light of the Christ Consciousness; it endeavors to anchor and manifest
love onto the Earth through the souls and energy systems of humanity.
Ganesh and I have come to make many aware of this stage of preparation that will soon be developing; we
wish to make you aware of your mission while offering you valuable guidance. This period of time has been
planned for sometime by the inner planes of the spirit world and many of your guides have been directing
you to achieve a certain level of awareness and consciousness in order to be ready for the wonderful
challenge ahead. It is a challenge to humanity to gain and anchor the Christ Consciousness and their
Ascended Master Consciousness into their beings.
Love needs to be anchored constantly into your being in order to release old energy patterns and the
negativity of the past. Love must be anchored and integrated with the mind so that positive thoughts flourish
and negative thoughts of doubt, fear and poverty may be eliminated eternally from the mindsets of many.
Love is the key to all periods of transformation, as you integrate the Christ Consciousness which essentially
is love into your being, you will manifest a reality of love for you to exist within. This will allow you to constantly
experience the powerful influences of pure abundance in your spiritual and physical lives on the Earth. The
energy of abundance and peace will be the final result of this transformational period if all focus on
mastering their minds and anchoring the Christ Consciousness into every aspect of their being. Abundance,
peace and love will develop from within each soul. As courageous souls share their light with others these
divine qualities will seep across the world.
This may sound like a difficult task but I assure you that it is achievable. If you place your determination and
concentration on achieving this goal set by the Creator to raise the energy vibration of humanity as a group
consciousness, you will be submerged with support, guidance and light to ensure your safe passage to a
new level of consciousness with ease.
During meditation invoke the Christ Consciousness to anchor and integrate into your being, descending into
your crown chakra at the top of your head. Focus on the light melting into your mind. You can ask for your
mind to be reprogrammed with positive thought forms and beliefs. You can also affirm positive statements
about yourself and your desires to ensure they manifest into your reality. Manifesting with the mind is one of
the challenges of this period of transformation.
Imagine the golden light integrating into your soul and descending down through your chakras into the Earth.
As you emanate your soul light you allow the golden light of the Christ Consciousness to expand and melt
into your aura. The Christ Consciousness begins to shimmer as it unites with your energy field. This
shimmering works as an activation, stimulating the higher frequencies and energy vibrations of your aura
and soul to come to the forefront, manifesting into your reality.
Allow yourself to take advantage of the vast amounts of new energies being poured into the Earth and
humanity. Allow yourself to anchor these energies into your being. The energy will assist you in mastering
your mind, producing positive thought forms and expressing the love of your soul to many across the world.

anchor the energies of abundance and love into your being as a continuation of last week’s message. As I
said previously this is a special period of Earth’s evolution, much seems the same on the Earth but there are
great transformations and gatherings of light occurring on the inner planes. Many ascended masters are
anchoring not just their soul energy but their ascended master consciousness into the Earth, their students
and humanity. This is a precious and momentous occasion as those who are receptive can easily tap into
this energy and use it as acceleration for their own spiritual awareness, aiding them in accessing their
ascended master consciousness. This means that you will be able to more readily understand the truths of
the Creator, the universe and your soul, integrating and accepting them into your own physical reality. Of
course great focus is placed on the power of love as we develop through this period of transformation. The
ascended masters as they gather on the inner planes and channel their light, as a blazing light wave onto the
Earth, focus on both accepting and sharing the love of the Creator. Love is the key for this period, anchoring
love in some form into the Earth and humanity now will be a great achievement, but it will also create the
necessary foundation for the forth coming process of growth and ascension, which of course means raising
your energy vibration to a new level of consciousness.
What wonderful and exciting times we have ahead of us now. As we all focus on our spiritual growth,
anchoring love into every aspect of our being, mastering the thoughts of the mind and believing that we are a
manifestation of the Creator on the Earth, we will create the appropriate foundation for greater love and
wisdom, beyond your imagination, to be anchored and integrated into the Earth. Many violent and negative
situations on the Earth will simply dissolve as light workers anchor love into their beings. They may feel and
experience abundance and prosperity in all forms in their lives, as they share their love and energy with
those surrounding them and the world.
Let us light many candles of love across the world, let us unite with determination in mastering an aspect of
our being and integrating a greater aspect of the Christ consciousness into the Earth. I cannot control my
excitement over the thought of a transformation occurring on the Earth and love being eternally anchored into
the Earth. It is a process instigated by such as simple thought, intention or invocations that can transform the
world.
I will not deceive you in saying that come 2009 the world will exist purely in love and everyone will experience
heaven on the Earth, sensitive to their guides with the ability to express their soul. This is a wonderful thought
but the mass of humanity is not yet ready to accept this transformation. By the end of 2008, if you have
focused with determination and love you will notice a lift in your energy vibration, your spiritual awareness
and abilities. You may also discover that everything in your life flows easily and successfully without much
effort because you are being guided by the divine energy and source of the Creator and your soul. It is this
tiny but vastly important shift in the consciousness of some of humanity that will assist and boost light
workers forward along the path to ascension. Ascension is not a wall that you must pass through and
suddenly everything is perfect, luminous and you are your soul in manifestation. Ascension is a process of
discovery and growth; it is a slow and sometimes long ladder of challenges or experiences for you to climb
through. Let me make it clear, it is the journey to ascension that you will treasure eternally and not the actual
state.
Numerous energies will be anchored into the Earth over the coming years and there will be several occasion
when we as your ascended master guides state that you need to focus on an aspect of your being or
integrating energies. It is these precious periods of growth that combined will allow you to discover the truth
and will raise the consciousness of humanity. When the time for the major shift in consciousness occurs you
may not even notice it because you have been slowly climbing the mountain and so when you finally reach
the top, you do not notice your new position or state of existence.
I believe that it is now appropriate for you to align your energies with the energy of love descending from the
Christ consciousness and the energy of abundance descending from the core of the Creator’s mighty soul.

I am Archangel Metatron, I am the leader of the archangels and the angelic kingdom; I am a holder of the
Christ energy at a universal level.
I stand before you now as a star illuminating a pure white energy that anchors the colours, vibrations and
frequencies of the universe. As I stand before you emanating my light, I send a star shaped orb of my light to
your soul. I name this the Angelic Star of the Christ and I wish to share its energy with you. This star of light is
comprised of the love of the entire angelic kingdom, the archangels and my own energy. It is a sacred
energy capsule that when activated will pour the love of the angelic kingdom into your being.
The Angelic Star of the Christ melts into your heart chakra; it maintains its form as it begins to emanate light
and love which pours into your soul and body. Sit peacefully in meditation and accept the energy of my
Angelic Star of the Christ into your being. Know that it is healing and cleansing your being assisting you in
accepting and anchoring the energy of the Christ into your being and reality. All negative emotions are
dispersed while positive emotions are amplified. Feel, sense, absorb and relax into the love of the angelic

When you are ready imagine the Angelic Star of the Christ moving up to your third eye chakra. The energy of
the star continues to pulsate from this new position into your body and aura. The Angelic Star of the Christ
seeps deeper into your third eye chakra at your brow. The energy of the star is activating your third eye to
bring forth a new clarity and comprehension. It is also clearing and healing your mind of any negative energy
or thoughts to anchor love of the purest form into your mind, actions and reactions to your experiences on
the Earth. Surrender to the angelic energy of love and allow it to wash over your mind.
When you are ready and your mind feels as though it has anchored love, feeling refreshed and awake, then
send the Angelic Star of the Christ down through your chakra systems slowly until it reaches your root
chakra. The light will flow through your throat, heart, solar plexus and sacral chakras until it reaches the root
chakra at the base of your spine. Allow the star to rest here for a moment feeling the vibrancy, power and
loving energy of the star. Remember that the energy of the star is connecting you on a deeper level with the
angelic kingdom.
Imagine the star flowing down into the centre of the Earth, imagine or know that it melts completely into the
soul of Mother Earth, so much so that the form of the star dissolves. You are assisting in the anchoring of the
Christ Consciousness into the Earth to aid the ascension of humanity at this special period of accelerated
growth.
The energy that you have absorbed from the star has increased the amount of light and love in your aura and
being. This will aid you in your focus on your spiritual development process on the Earth. The purpose of the
Period of Transformation from 08-08-08 to 2009 is to anchor the energy of the Christ into the Earth and to

It is I Lady Portia; I come to you now from the brilliant light of the seventh ray of light. This is a ray of light that
emanates the vibrant and majestic colour of violet. It is the energy of transformation, change and the new
age, mainly due to the presence of the violet flame of transmutation within the vast ashram. The energy of
the seventh ray allows many to release old and unneeded habits and to embrace a high vibration, a new
world of love and peace. It is a new consciousness and existence within and around them that allows them
to connect on a deeper level with the energy of the Creator, the source and the Universe. It is my mission to
anchor healing and cleansing into the Earth as a way of unveiling or drawing open the curtain that act as a
boundary between your physical form and spiritual truth. The violet ray of light which I embody completely
accelerates spiritual illumination and education, again allowing many to access the truth of their soul and the
Creator.
I know that past spiritual guides have channelled their energy through Natalie to help all understand the
period of transformation that is occurring on the Earth due to the intense waves of energy from the
Ascended Masters on the inner planes and the Christ Consciousness. These guides have spoke of mastery
and anchoring love which is imperative at this time as it is a unique and valuable opportunity to accelerate
your spiritual growth in such a short time frame. In truth this period of transformation and time is to access
the soul energy of the Creator and the soul within. I ask that you retain these ideas, with determination focus
all your efforts onto connecting with the Christ Consciousness and mastering your being especially your
mind, but I ask that you now allow me to add a new concept or understanding to assist you in anchoring this
goal.
As I have said, the seventh ray has the ability to cleanse the past and present of negativity and anchor the
high vibrations of the Creator into the Earth, thus awakening many to a new awareness, currently beyond
comprehension. If cleansing brings forth a new awareness then I believe that it is vitally necessary at this
accelerated period of transformation. Cleansing is not simply the practice of removing or dissolving
negative energy but it also raises ones energy vibration, mood and enhances the joy within your being. Your
physical body is so dense and heavy in energy, of course it must be so to allow you to experience your
lessons on the Earth school, but the programming of the dense energy doesn’t have to be negative or even
neutral, it can be positive, loving and inspirational. Each time you practise a cleansing meditation of any
kind you are programming the heavy energy of your body and even aura to anchor greater love, the more
you focus on cleansing or anchoring light into your being the deeper your positive and loving programming
will penetrate the heaviness of your being. Remember that you do not as yet wish to transform your heavy
energy into high vibrational light as it could cause you to lose your physical body but you wish to reprogram it
with high vibrational light. There is a difference.
If you imagine your body is comprised of thousands of balloons, the balloons are the heavy energy or lower
vibrational energy that creates your physical body. For an average person focusing on their physical life only,
the balloons would hold either negative or neutral energies as well as the energy of some positive or painful
emotions they have experienced. If the energy is neutral then it has no affect on your life or spiritual growth,
this is not always a good thing as both negative and neutral energy within the balloons can cause illness,
tiredness, lack of energy or a feeling fatigue to a person’s body and general feelings or health.
If the balloons are programmed with love, holding love of the purest kind within the heavy energy of the
balloon’s walls then this will positively influence a person’s body. They will experience radiant health, joy,
happiness and bliss. You have to imagine that if you were to stand in a small room and a circle of people
stood around you emanating negativity, you would feel depleted but if they expressed love and joy you would
feel uplifted. The energy of your physical body has a similar influence on your emotions, thoughts and
actions.
By anchoring love into your mind to overcome negative thoughts, into your being and chakras you will
influence the energy of your body to a certain extent but if negative energies, thought habits and beliefs are
still within the energy programming of your body they will constantly come forth to distract you or hinder your
growth. This can occur even when a person has fully mastered their mind and only radiates positive thoughts
at all times. The programming of the body can still bring forth old habits that are no longer needed.
Many people do not realise that they must cleanse, heal and most importantly positively program the energy
of their body to support their spiritual practices and growth process but it is a vital aspect of mastery and
growth.
From my ashram I have been observing many of you, you are becoming tired and drained due to your
concentrated focus on your spiritual growth and also your physical realities, you are allowing the
programming of your body’s energy to influence and stagnate your being. Now is the time to overcome this
minor problem and take full mastery of your body, charging it with light, love and positivity.
First I must remind you to continue with your cleansing processes, to cleanse your entire being each day is
not too frequent. You may invoke my energy during meditation by repeating my name. You may also invoke
the seventh ray of light to flow into your being through your crown chakra and to surround you completely.
Invoking the violet flame of transmutation to descend into your being for five minutes a day is also beneficial,
allow yourself to breath within this energy and have faith that a cleansing process will and has occurred.
Now I wish to assist you in reprogramming your body and its energy so that it influences you in a positive
way from now on. I wish to offer you this invocation to aid you in anchoring and integrating the energies
during meditation.
‘I invoke now the presence of Lady Portia to oversee this activation and reprogramming, ensure that I am
safe and protected at all times. I invoke the violet ray of light to surround me in a cylinder of violet light that is
vast and expansive, covering my entire being. As I sit within this high vibrational energy I ask that my entire
being is cleansed completely and that love is anchored into every energy vibration, dimension, level and
particle of my being.
Lady Portia and the seventh ray of light, I ask you specifically to focus your energy and cleansing vibration
into my physical body, its energy and vibration. I ask that every energy particle that creates my physical body
is charged with the light and loving energy of the Creator and the seventh ray of light. I ask that the energy
particles of my body vibrate and pulsate with joy, happiness, peace, harmony and most importantly love.
Program my body to continually and externally emanate love into my mind, emotions and actions both on the
Earth and the spiritual planes. Allow my body to be a beacon of light forever more.
My physical body and every particle that generates my body create a temple of love and joy, all negative
energies or thought patterns have now been dissolved from my body.
The energy of my body is cleansed, healed and charged with love; my physical body is the embodiment of
love and influences me only in loving ways.

The Galactic Federation of Ascended Masters
I am Commander Ashtar and I come with my friend and companion Master So Ma. Together we bring the
most sacred and most guarded information and wisdom to the Earth but most importantly the trusted
lightworkers of the Earth.
During the accelerated period of growth that has recently begun on the Earth of aiding all in anchoring
greater love and achieving a new aspect of mastery and ascension, we the airborne Ascended Masters
wish to assist in anchoring love onto the Earth. We will come to the Earth in our space craft as it is easier for
us to access the physical levels and vibrations of the Earth due to our protected armour around the ship than
it is for the Ascended Masters on the inner planes. The Ascended Masters of the inner planes are the key
focus of this period of anchoring love into the Earth, their waves of light, support, love and encouragement
are constantly anchoring into the Earth but we wish to assist in the anchoring of the Ascended Masters
energy into the physical planes of the Earth.
On the six of October we the galactic federation along with many devoted Ascended Masters will travel in
our space craft, entering into the aura of the Earth, orbiting within the sky. We have a special mission of
anchoring and placing four large crystals which are predominantly known as Love Crystals into the Earth.
They are semi physical, semi light crystals of a pink colour with aspects of golden energy merging
throughout, akin to a marble effect. The crystals are double terminated crystals meaning that they are long
with a point at each end. Each crystal is roughly the length of a tall man’s lower leg but are quite thick in
width. These crystal and special energy forms have been charged with the love of the Ascended Masters,
they are known as Love Crystal because they are only receptive to anchoring pure love and therefore only
emanate pure love. Four crystals will be placed into the Earth’s soil, near the surface at four different areas
across the Earth. The places of penetration cannot be shared as we have to ensure that the greatest
protection is placed around this project so that it flows smoothly and easily without hindrance and obstacles.
The anchoring of these four crystals onto the Earth will make a significant change to the vibration of the
Earth, allowing more people to become receptive to the love of the Ascended Masters and the Creator. The
influence the crystals will allow more people to become open to sharing the love of their souls with others
and a greater desire to exist on the Earth as love in manifestation will burn brighter. You can see that it is of
great importance that we actually get to place the crystals in the soil of the Earth and the grid network of the
Earth. The love of the crystals will then melt and seep across the world until their energies meet, they will
travel through soil, grid lines and ley lines both physically and spiritually anchoring greater love onto the
Earth. Once their energy has coated the surface of the Earth with energy of love many people may feel the
vibrations of love ascending through their feet chakras and into their realities. This is our main purpose and
aim, also if we heal Mother Earth a fraction more we will assit in heal humanity as well. The crystals will then
act as anchors for greater love to be integrated and poured into the Earth from the Ascended Masters and
the Creator’s. This means that any waves of love channelled through the crystals into the Earth will have a
greater affect on humanity as they will be converted into energy that is acceptable to those in physical
bodies.
We hope that you can understand the sacred work that we are completing and its great importance. Our visit
is not one to gain attention from humanity nor is it to convent many to the powers of the Creator. We simply
wish to enter into the aura of the Earth, achieve our mission and then step back or return to our homes on
the inner planes to oversee the presence of the crystals from a far.

Dates of Additional Energy Boost on the Earth 5th September 2008 until 28th October – Second Energy Boost The energy that the Ascended Masters have been channelling into the Earth and its humanity from 08-08-08 will now rise to a higher vibration during this period, increasing the energy of abundance and love on the Earth and within souls. This period of time and the energy channelling from the Ascended Masters is focus predominantly on mastering thoughts and beliefs. The love and energy of the Ascended Masters will be focused into the Third Eye Chakra. This Chakra accesses enlightenment and insights while assisting in the manifestation of thoughts. When you align with the new higher vibrational energy of the Ascended Masters it will cleanse and activate the Third Eye Chakra, amplifying all thoughts so that they manifest with greater force, speed and intensity into your life. Deep focus and concentration must be placed on mastering the mind to create only positive loving thoughts. 29th October until 16th November- Third Energy Boost The Temple of Mercy at Mount Shasta which is the home of Lord Buddha our Planetary Logos and governor of the Earth will be reconstructed on the inner planes for all who wish to visit. The Temple of Mercy is a sacred vast chamber within the ashram at Mount Shasta that can be visited during your sleep state or meditation throughout this time period. It is a special chamber created of light and intention from the Ascended Masters, allowing many who visit to align on a deeper level with the new boost of energy that will anchor into the Earth during this time frame. The temple will occupy many wise and evolved Ascended Masters to tutor, assist and advise students visiting from the Earth. Activation, healing and enlightenment will be the key focuses of the Ascended Masters, you can also visit to assist in preparing yourself for the full intensity of the Ascended Master’s energy that will climax at the beginning of the New Year of 2009. The temple can be visited as many times throughout this period and for many will act as a supportive energy and network to assist any changes or growths that occur in a person’s reality on the Earth. Predominantly the Temple of Mercy and the Ascended Masters will assist with the shedding of old energy that is no longer needed. The temple is named so because it is a sacred space that will alleviate any distress, confusion or discomfort due to accelerated growth or the releasing of old energy patterns during this time. The temple is always constructed when change is occurring on the Earth to lend support and guidance when and where it is needed. 17th November until the 11th December- Fourth Energy Boost This period in time welcomes the fourth boost of energy onto the Earth which again is of a higher vibration than the previous energy boosts from the inner planes. The fourth energy boost incorporates the light of the Ascended Masters and the Angelic Kingdom with the soul energy of Mother Earth and her kingdom. The energy received during this period of time is particularly sacred as Mother Earth begins to channel the energies that she has received throughout the past three periods of energy boosts, back into the receptive souls on the Earth. When you align with the energy of abundance and love from the Ascended Masters you will receive the love of the Angelic Kingdom and Mother Earth simultaneously, this symbolises the new level of integration with the Creator’s energy that is in manifestation on the Earth. It is a period when change will occur; the most dominant old habits if they have not yet been shed will fall away as long as the person is ready to do so. Many people may find this period of time the most challenging as the energies they receive may be overwhelming but it is important to remain connected to the Ascended Master’s and the Creator with focus and determination. Concentration must remain on mastering a greater aspect of the mind, creating and speaking loving thoughts; one must be ready to allow unneeded energy to fall away with easy and without attachment, knowing in full faith that abundance in all its forms is being anchored onto the Earth and into their soul. This is a period where one must hold complete faith and trust in their guides, their own abilities and the energy of the Creator. It is also at this state of the fourth boost of energy that abundance may materialise in greater qualities on the Earth; such as a renewed wealth of happiness or enlightenment and even money depending what the person’s focus has been throughout the process. If a person has been worrying or placing fear into their life then this is what they will receive in abundance. We, the Ascended Masters are only supporting you, helping you to achieve your spiritual goals; we cannot take control over your life. The fourth boost of energy is focused on the Solar Plexus Chakra which is where most people feel or store their emotions. Mastery of the emotions will be a key aspect of the spiritual growth and the obtaining of mastery at this time. Emotions hold a great power and can undo all the hard work of lovingly programming and training the mind. We must learn to accept our emotions, to understanding their presence and most important release negative emotions anchoring greater love and light into our emotional body and the Solar Plexus Chakra. It is the focus on the Solar Plexus Chakra and the emotions that may bring a certain amount of unsettlement but this can be easily overcome by anchoring the energy of abundance, love and ascended master consciousness into the Solar Plexus Chakra with the intention of cleansing, then emanating the light received into your being. It is important to say that although the Ascended Masters focus on certain chakras it is up to the individual to make the connection and anchor the light otherwise the Ascended Masters are helpless. Many of the emotions that lie stagnant within the Earth from past traumas within or between civilisations that span across generations within history will also be cleansed. This is not indefinite but the energy will assist in lifting some aspect of the stagnant energy and emotions on the Earth. Much energy will be charged into the Solar Plexus Chakra of the Earth which is at Uluru- Kata Tijuta, Australia, it is important also at this time to honour Mother Earth and to connect with her energy on a deeper level which will ensure you are always grounded and centered, receiving the energy and nourishment that is necessary. 12th December until 24th December – Fifth Energy Boost This energy boost is of a different purpose, it is being channelled into the Earth to cleanse the grid work, ley lines and molecular structure of the planet Earth and each human physical body that is receptive and aligned to the energy and the purpose of the Ascended Masters. The planetary energy of a white colour from the Office or Ashram of the Planetary Logos Lord Buddha will be channelled into the Earth. This is when the Love Crystals of the Galactic Federation will be truly activated and programmed to emanate love eternally. They will act as tools to send energy across the land of the Earth. Many people will be drawn to the Love Crystals without realising where they are situated to simply bathe in their light and love. Others will feel the desire to meditate sending much energy to the Earth, also accepting energy to assist their own healing process from the Ascended Masters. This is the final cleansing and energising process of this period before the coming of a new found sense of stillness and peace, in truth this may be the abundant energy that we all desire. Stillness and meditation is vitally important throughout this period of transformation but especially this period of time, to allow energies to settle and integrate. The fifth boost of energy is connected to the Crown chakra and the Heart Chakra. It is our mission to increase the sensitivity of the Crown Chakra to allow new insights, wisdom and energy to channel into a person’s being while also activating and widening the Heart Chakra to enable all to express the light of the Creator and their soul with greater ease. The Heart Chakra of the Earth is at Glastonbury, Stonehenge and Avebury, UK. We must remember that each chakra has three aspects of focus points and many dimensions. The Crown Chakra is guarded by many evolved elders and will be revealed when humanity is ready. 25th December 08 until the 1st January 09- Sixth Energy Boost Peace and stillness will be anchored into the Earth as a result of the constant flow of love that began in 08-08-08. Many may feel a sense of fulfillment, achievement and inner peace. It is important to simply align with the energy of Ascended Masters and allow it to integrate into your life. The energy will activate, balance and harmonies all the chakras of receptive people and the Earth to ensure that a greater radiance and energy vibration is experienced. Many will be able to reap the fruits of their hard work, dedication and efforts during this period of time, but the manifestation of abundance will continue to materialise on the Earth throughout 2009. You are protected always in my arms and the arms of your personal angels, we cradle you and bestow our blessings onto you at all times, to comfort, nourish and support you. As the angelic guides for the entire kingdom on the Earth we are here as guides, protectors, companions and friends, we ask that you call on our energies and love to offer you the inspiration and encouragement that you need. The messages of the past weeks have been extremely serious and greatly important, not just for the growth of humankind but your own personal growth and the raise in energy vibration of the Creator’s universe. It is therefore my wish to come through today to offer a little light relief and support for those of you who have taken on the words of the Masters and are allowing yourself to achieve many wondrous goals around this period of transformation and growth on the Earth. It is simply my mission to share my love with you and to nurture your energy so that you may integrate both the energies of the Ascended Masters into your being as well as their teachings. It is important for you to take time to rest and reflect anchoring the energy of love into your being. As change occurs around and within you, it is important for you to be easy on yourself, allow yourself to relax, to breathe, to sit peacefully and absorb energy deep into your being. Reflect on your thoughts, on your goals and desires. Realise that you have already achieved so much, probably more than you have realised or could have imagined in such a short space of time. Be proud of yourself and your achievements. If your thoughts wonder and you doubt that you will ever achieve your goals or you are disappointed that you have not engaged in the period of transformation, then do not judge yourself but love yourself even more, more than you ever have and this will heal your being and inspire you to follow a path of aspiring to mastery, anchoring love and integrating your soul into your being. We the Angelic Kingdom are always behind you; we are driving you forward and are lovingly cheering you on. We want you to gain the most out of our energies and the influence of the Ascended Masters as well as making the most out of your life. Do not waste a precious moment and enjoy every second of your life whether you are doing something you enjoy or wish you were somewhere else. You have the power to transform your life if you place dedication and commitment on your spiritual development. The more dedication you place the greater volume of power and energy we will charge into your being. Remember that sitting peacefully anchoring the love of the Angelic Kingdom or the abundant energy of the Ascended Masters into your being is not wasting your time, it is using it wisely. By anchoring the love of the Angelic Kingdom and the Ascended Masters you are integrating high vibrations into your being which will awaken you to a new level of consciousness. It is important for you to remember that we are your companions and your most trustworthy friends; we honour the divine within you and lovingly nurture it into your reality. We love you unconditionally so that you may love yourself unconditionally and may love each other unconditionally. I ask you as my children of the light and the children of the Creator to allow yourself to follow your soul light during this period of transformation. Do not allow fear or laziness to hinder your growth but courageously take charge of your life, even if you only have a small amount of free time in your life, dedicate this time to your spiritual development and mastery. Devote your time to experiencing the energy of the Angelic Kingdom and the Ascended Masters while you are on the Earth. Your smallest efforts will transform an aspect of your reality on the Earth and this is such a precious and valuable situation. We are here to inspire you and lead you forth with the Ascended Masters by our side. We charge the energy of our soul so that it emanates like a torch lamp guiding you forward through the darkness and fear to gain illumination, enlightenment and a sense of freedom while still within your physical bodies. Take my love and hold it within your heart chakra, take my passion and hold it within your soul, take my wisdom and hold it within your mind and take my light and exist within it, express it and be inspired by it. The Creator shines the light of the universe onto your being now and is watching as you take a leap of faith but of course you are cushioned with every leap by the support of the Angelic Kingdom. It is important to remember that many spiritual practices take patience and time to achieve; one must wait for energies to integrate before they can truly experience the influence of their efforts. Mastering the mind is an important part of being on the Earth and a challenging spiritual lesson, but I must say that it is one that can be accomplished with ease, if you believe this. Mastering the mind concerns changing your belief system, first you must analyse your belief system and the focus of your thoughts to become aware of any negative thought forms. Positive thoughts about yourself and life are good as these energise your being and lovingly influence your emotions, thus raising your energy vibration. Negative beliefs or thought forms have the opposite affect and can cause blockages in the energy bodies which filter into the body as illness, pain or disease. When you become aware of the focus of your thoughts then you are able to alter them so that every simple thought you create is achieving a positive vibration and reality in your life. Constantly call the energy of abundance from the Ascended Masters into your being, let it pour into your third eye chakra and flow throughout your body, see the energy melting into your aura, surroundings and reality on the Earth. Especially ask the energy of abundance to flow into your mental body which is an energy body within your aura. Ask that the abundant energy flow into your mental body, dissolving all negative thought forms and beliefs while energising all positive throughout forms that have been created by your mind and stored within your mental energy body, as all thoughts are. It is especially important to ask for the flow of the Ascended Master’s abundant energy to channel into your third eye chakra while you are repeating affirmations. It is important as a soul on a spiritual quest to observe all thoughts making a conscious effort to work with your thoughts throughout the day to restore a loving harmonious balance within your thoughts so that all radiate love. It is also vital to take a few minutes each day to anchor the abundant energy and to focus solely on a few chosen affirmations that mean something to you. You will then be able to watch as your powers increase and your thoughts become your reality on the Earth. If everyone was to create a loving reality then the energy vibration of the Earth would accelerate allowing a new consciousness to be grasped by many on the Earth. This is the aim of the Ascended Masters and the purpose of anchoring the Ascended Master’s energy of abundance into the Earth. If the energy vibration of Earth only raises a small fraction, it will be enough to assist many in becoming aware of a greater amount of the Creator’s truths, sharing them with others to illuminate all. The purpose of bringing a new found discipline to the mind is to ensure that when one raises their energy vibration they are able to accept, comprehend and use the new wisdom that flows into the mind. A new found stillness and a connection with the divine within is also a result of mastering the mind. As an Ascended Master I know that as you rise in vibration you must become more disciplined in the thoughts that you create, as you become more powerful as you grow and so any thought you create could have an immediate influence on your life. It is therefore important to learn to master the mind now when thoughts take a longer period of time to manifest into your life, giving you the opportunity to cancel any negative thoughts created before they impact your life on the Earth. The current stage that we are at on the Earth is like a learning ground where mastery can be practiced and results can be gained in a safe environment, supported by the abundant energy of the Ascended Masters.
