Mother Earth
I am Mother Earth, I am the core soul of the Earth, the swelling energy that you see manifested all around the
world. I am the beauty of the divine Creator, the flourishing flowers in the nature land, the gushing rivers and
the rocky mountains. I am the physical beauty that exists around you in physical form and spiritual form. I am
connected to the energy of the sun that blazes on your face and I am connected to the snow that falls on the
ground. I am the Earth in its full manifestations and I am the Creator in all its glory.
I send my greetings and love to all of humanity now who are receptive to my energy, the love of my soul
emanates in waves of glorious energy into your being and into your soul. Sit with me and within my reality
that exists as the body of Earth, this will allow our energies to connect and integrate. I am your friend, your
companion for this amazing journey of growth and I am here to help you now. Let me and my helpers
energise and rejuvenate your being, allow us to peel away all negative energy that exists around and within
you so that you may blossom like a flower, flourishing with vibrancy, colour and brightness. Each of you are

to care for you, to wrap my loving blanket around you and to protect you.
My growth process as the soul of the Earth is huge and expansive, many situations occur that you, my
children, may not understand but I wish to say that I love you unconditionally; I am always here for you and will
never harm you. I am your mother figure and your nurturer, connect with me now and each day, sit, walk and
breathe within nature, invoking my presence to surround you. Allow yourself to bathe in my light, speak with
me and I will offer enlightenment, I will protect you and allow you to follow the paths your soul imagined for

The Celebration of Lord Buddha- 20th May 08
As the celebrations of the Buddha begins let us open our hearts, souls and minds to the waves of divine and
sacred energy that flow from the spiritual planes and the office or home of Lord Buddha, our Planetary
Logos. The energies that are channelled and anchored into the Earth and its inhabitants during this time of
celebration are particular high and transformational. Lord Buddha through his embodiment of the Earth and
the higher realms of our spiritual universe sends forth his energy of love and light from the core of the
Creator. He distributes the enlightenment of the Buddha to all of humanity as a gift of rejuvenation, healing
and a greater activation of our energy systems and growth on the Earth. The qualities that are central to the
energies being shared with humanity are peace, love, harmony and tranquility.
Let us sit in silence and simply breath in the energy that Lord Buddha and our spiritual leaders share with us,
let us contemplate on the silence around us, anchoring its energy into our souls. Peace and stillness can be
found in the loudest of celebrations, they are the essence of our beings that need to be accessed and
revealed from within us. As we all take a moment to sit and open our beings to the white light and the twelve
planetary rays of light that come forth from Lord Buddha’s ashram, we can rejoice in our unity with the light
workers on the Earth and as a whole with the Creator.
You may sit alone in your room on the Earth or with family and friends to anchor the energy of the Buddha
into your beings but as you do so you are surrounded by many light beings, your guides, the angelic
kingdom and ascended masters. All gather around you as you connect and join in the celebrations of the
Buddha. You are also united as one with every other person who accesses or links in with the energy of Lord
Buddha at this special time of the year. It doesn’t matter what time you connect into the energy of Lord
Buddha or where you are, you will exist as a unity with all the other receptive energies and light workers
incarnated on the Earth. We are all a big family of light, let us celebrate the coming and manifestation of
Buddha’s enlightenment to the Earth and within the human mind, as a group, as a whole and family. You are
never alone as the white flame of Buddha anchored into your being and reality. It is the white flame of
Shamballa on the inner planes and of the soul of Buddha. Allow yourself to feel the unity of your soul with
your vast family of light workers on the Earth.
Let us in assist you in grasping and anchoring the sacred energies into your being. First we ask you to sit
peacefully meditating on the light of Lord Buddha, ask that you receive the divine and sacred energies that
are being channelled onto the Earth now. Imagine yourself as a vast sponge, absorbing the light directed
into you and humanity. Ask that you may access the core of Lord Buddha’s energy and may be linked with
your family of light on the Earth and in the spiritual planes so that you may exist as one and in unity. When
you have experienced this, feeling the energy around you then ask that the white flame of Buddha be placed
before you so that you may absorb the enlightenment, wisdom, love and harmony that emanates from Lord
Buddha’s soul.
Finally you may ask for the light of Lord Buddha to form a light body, your planetary light body that you can
access and ask to step into your body. It is a higher aspect of your being holding much enlightenment,
wisdom and illumination which will melt into your own energy systems over time. This is a powerful
invocation that allows you to absorb and integrate the energies of Lord Buddha into your being, recognising
Lord Buddha as an aspect of your higher self.
The celebrations of Buddha are an important date within the human and spiritual calendar as it is a time
when the most powerful energies are sent to the Earth allowing those who are receptive to gain full
advantage of this transformational energy. This celebration is rejoiced in a variety of ways, under various
titles such as WESAK or the festival of the Buddha. It is a wonderful opportunity for us to truly connect with
Lord Buddha, our planetary leader, who guides and advises us in our lives, creating a deeper connection
that will remain with us for eternity. It doesn’t matter how you chose to celebrate this sacred event, but
remember to open your being and energy systems to the love and light of Lord Buddha and our spiritual
teachers to activate our spiritual development on the Earth. The celebration I speak of is within your being, it
is the process of growth and accepting greater enlightenment.
Sending your love and devotional thoughts to Lord Buddha will support Lord Buddha in his work of
overseeing our lives on the Earth.

I am the Creator in manifestation,
I am an Arcturian,

Today I Anthea, bring forth the energy of the Arcturians through this channel to humanity on the Earth. I
express my energy and unconditional love to all who are receptive to my energy and read my words now.
I am here to assist you, as is the evolved civilisation of the Arcturians. I am the leader of my starship; we
travel through the Creator’s universe and oversee the development of many on the Earth. I as leader of
my starship am assigned as a guide to many incarnate souls on the Earth; it is one of my personal
missions to help the light workers on the Earth achieve their dreams and the goals of their soul in their
current lifetime. I offer a helping hand to many and understand that when light workers achieve their
dreams, they emanate a wealth of light that affects the entire civilisation of the Earth.
Every soul incarnate in a physical body has the ability to affect the people around them with their love
and enlightenment, but many do not realise that they have the abilities with the energy of their souls to
transform or at least raise the vibration of the Earth. I desire that all on the planet Earth discover their
inner lights; I wish to see the entire planet covered in realised beacons of the Creator’s light. In order for
my dream or desire to come into fruition, the truth of the universe, Earth, soul and the Creator must
prevail. While negative and false beliefs remain embedded in the Earth and minds of humanity, the truth
may never accurately be integrated into humanity. The sense of truth existing within the human mind can
be described as the Ascended Master consciousness.
Every member of my team on my starship has achieved an Ascended Master consciousness and is now
moving beyond this state of awareness. Growth is eternal and perfection is never truly found, as the
kingdom of the Creator is infinite.
My team of Arcturians and I wish to offer you a tool to assist you to evolve to the next state of your growth
with ease so that we can create a mass activation and progression with one simple message and tool.
Accepting and using this tool in your life will allow us to divinely intervene in your life, assisting our
energies in anchoring into your being. We have advanced technologies on our Arcturian ships that each

The Crystal of Light Activation consist of an ethereal clear or white flat crystal, similar to a tablet, being
placed into your hands when you invoke our energies and ask to experience this light activation. Allow

seeing the energy that blazes from the core of the ethereal crystal. The light will melt into every aspect of
your being, integrating with every cell, muscle and bone in your body, melting into your blood and DNA. It

The Crystal of Light Activation Tablet can be stored within your aura before your heart chakra, simply lift

As high vibrations descend onto the Earth, it is your responsibility to remain receptive to these divine tools
and keys of growth. If you ask for positive high vibrations to be anchored into your being, soul and reality
each and every day you will progress spiritually without much effort, other than remaining open. The energy
of the Creator is pure; the world that the Creator manifests in this mighty universe is simple and easy to
move through, in terms of spiritual development. The Earth is a manifestation of the Creator’s mind and we
as extension of the Creator’s soul should be able to experience our spiritual and physical lessons with total
ease. After all every action coming forth from the Creator’s mind and heart is simple, the Creator doesn’t
complicate anything and magically ties every situation, person and experience together so that unity and
synchronisations can blossom, again with ease.
It is the mind of humans that creates complications on the Earth, you do not realise your powers, the divine
energy and spiritual skills that exist within your physical shells, and so everything in your lives feels and
appears complicated. Your actions affect others and so you experience the unity and bond between the
Creator, yourself and humanity in a new light which can promote fear and doubt in ones powers, because
we do not wish to harm anyone. When we emanate the love of the Creator complications disappear and
simplicity forms in our lives.
This is the same for our spiritual realities and paths. The human mind and the divine soul craves love,
wisdom expansion and understanding. The mind believes that in order to gain these wonderful qualities,
which bring freedom, it must progress through many difficult stages of growth with meditations, affirmations,
mantra and all types of spiritual practices. These are all beneficial and enhance the growth of humanity
tremendously but the true key to spiritual growth is simplicity and light. When you can grasp, have true
confidence and faith in the simple tool or action of absorbing light and invoking different vibrations of light
into your being, then you will open your physical bodies and energy systems to true integration not only with
your soul but the universe of the Creator. The light and high vibrational energies of the Creator are more
powerful and transformational than you could ever imagine, currently you are unable to truly see the
difference they can create in a physical person’s spiritual development. From where I sit at the head of the
Galactic level as Logos of this section, I see the miracles that the Creator’s light instigates within each of
you. I also see it within the masters working on the Galactic level of the Creator’s universe, the energies at
this level are finer with greater intensity than those anchored onto the Earth, but still remain important.
It was my mission to come through to speak with you today and to share the simple message of the light of
the Creator; its power, intensity and importance in your lives. I am aware that Lord Buddha, your planetary
leader sends energy onto the Earth every moment of the day, these are wonderful energy vibrations that
when anchored will raise your energy vibration and expand your awareness. I, Melchoir also send my

My bright sparks, it is my purpose today to assist and ask you each to increase the light and love within your
being, I am aware that many Masters state these words but they are the truth and are the most effective way
to develop to mastery. I wish to advise you to anchor the Sirian energy into your being. Sirius is a star that
holds an advanced spiritual school that many enroll into, either during their time on the Earth or after their
evolvement from the Earth. When you anchor the Sirian energy into your being you will anchor a vast and
intense light that stems from the universal and galactic levels, you will anchor the light of the Sirian
civilisation and the wisdom of the divine and sacred school of learning. There are a great wealth of energy,

Tree Spirit
The result of allowing a tree to speak;
I am a tree spirit, I am named Timothy, I stand with my physical roots in the soil, my spirit roots or energy
stems further, intertwining into the very soul and core energy of Mother Earth. It is from Mother Earth that I
receive the energy, nourishment and support to stand as a beacon of light on the Earth. The sun bathes on
my physical leaves and trunk, uplifting my soul, promoting joy in its abundance within my being. I am content
to stand for all the hours the Creator gave to humanity on the Earth, I stand in peace, harmony and tranquility
even though the world around me is busy and constantly moving. I stand as a breath of solitude on the Earth,
in my small section on the planet of Earth.
Solitude, stillness and peace are my precious jewels they are my one desire and I achieve and exist within
these energies every day because I do not except to receive them from the world around me but seek them
within my soul. My soul feeds me with everything I desire, I am within my own precious temple, no matter
what occurs in the physical reality around me; I remain connected and integrated with my soul, united with
the Creator and Mother Earth. I am the physical manifestation of the combined energies of the Creator and
Mother Earth. From their souls they create beauty, I am this creation. I stand as a beacon of light on the
Earth as a connection point where humans can access the Creator’s energy. Allow me to be a physical
beacon of light from which you can accept light, peace and love.
Did you know that my fellow trees and myself are here as your spiritual teachers. We are here to assist you
in respecting, honouring and connecting with the Earth, Mother Earth and the Creator. We like you, hold a
trinity between the Creator and Mother Earth, but we are not distracted by our surroundings and remain
united and integrated with the love of the Creator through our stillness and inner peace.
Humans we understand you, we are also trapped within a physical body, we have less of an opportunity to
communicate than you, but when we do we are able to express our truth. We understand that you may feel
trapped or separated from the Creator due to your physical body, but when you focus on your inner stillness
and exist as a tree you are one, whole and completely united with the Creator. It is only when you remove
your focus from your physical reality and focus on what is occurring within your being that you may feel the
strength, love, light and peace that each of us possess.
I as a single tree, among many who rarely communicate with humanity, wish to express that there are so
many trees on the Earth who are willing and wanting to communicate with you, they wish to be your spiritual
teachers as they have so much wisdom, enlightenment and practices to teach you. We, the trees are the
gurus of meditation, inner stillness and expanding the peace of the soul into the entire being and reality.
Many do not realise we are here to teach and help you, it is not compulsory that you accept our invitation, but
for those who feel the connection and pull of the tress you may wish to find a tree within your area or garden
willing to offer you spiritual tuition and education. We are similar to the spiritual teachers on the inner planes
accept that we are in a similar position to you.
My dear friends, allow yourself to be attracted to a tree, preferably in a quite place where you will not be
disturbed. Stand beneath the edge of the branches and calm your mind. Breathe deeply and ask the tree if it
is willing to speak with you. Wait for an answer or positive sensation like a tingle. Then ask if you are
allowed to sit against its trunk. Again if the answer within your mind is positive continue forth. You may tell
the tree of this message you have read and how a tree named Timothy stated that trees are spiritual
teachers and can education humanity. Ask the tree if it is willing to be your special spiritual teacher, sharing
its wisdom with you and teaching you the essence of meditation, stillness, harmony and healing. If the
answer is positive then ask the tree to channel its energy into your being first to heal your being, then to build
a deeper connection and bond between you. The more you practice the better your results.
In a time when people are connecting more frequently with the Creator and their inner souls, the wisdom of
the trees opens to benefit the growth of humans. This is a wonderful process and experience, have faith in
yourself and know that your soul will attract you to the correct tree.
Remember as you pass us by, we may stand silent but there is an abundance of the Creator’s energy
manifested within and around us. Each time you step into our auras we offer you healing and upliftment.

I am Master Serapis Bey; I am the chohan of the third ray of light on the inner planes and govern its vibrant
yellow energies which are connected to the minds and thoughts of the Creator. The third ray of light deals
with manifestation through the power of the thought; it is my purpose as chohan to analyse the thoughts of
the Creator and the minds of humans on the Earth. My aid is to marry the two together so that humans
become the mind and hold the thoughts of the Creator. I am constantly looking for ways in which I can
explain the mind and its powers to the people on the Earth and how I can anchor greater love into the human
mind to diminish the control of the negative ego and its influences on our actions on the Earth.
Time is an important factor and equation that limits the human mind. Humans categorise every moment of
energy into minutes, hours, days, weeks, months and years. Once we lift these separations of energy we are
able to exist in freedom, with limitless amounts of energy and space to explore without having to hurry. We
can then exist as expansive and continuous beings of light because we are not separating or partitioning the
energy around us and our actions. If we imagine ourselves floating in space we see that every thing is
accessible, there are no barriers to cross or to exist within. When we experience this expansiveness it
activates the vast energies within us and we are able to clearly see or feel our unity with the Creator.
Time is a factor that we cannot escape on the Earth, it will constantly be apart of our lives, because in truth
we need it to assist us in completing the goals of our soul on the Earth. It accurately allows us to register and
keep a record of our achievements and accomplishments on the Earth. We receive a timeline of our life and
when we return to the spiritual planes it is easier for us to comprehend and evaluate our time on the Earth.
It is my purpose as the chohan of the third ray to consider all factors of physical life and how they affect and
aid the soul. Time is a factor that assists us in following our journey and achieving our goals but it also
separates us from the Creator and limits expansion. There are ways that we can combat time and use it to
our advantage. The key is to take your focus away from your watch or the calendar and focus on what you
are doing presently. Don’t long for things to happen in your life or worry that you aren’t going to finish your
work in time. Time is an energy that can be molded to suit your needs; you always have plenty of time and
energy in your life. You can ask me to ensure that you value every second of your life and that you
accomplish everything you need to in the frame of time that you have been given. It is important to make
space in your life to enjoy every aspect of your being, the energies around you and your present existence.
Valuing your breath, your mind, the functions of your body and of course the energy of your soul. When we
focus on these factors and simply enjoy the moment, we access a new consciousness. When this is
enhanced we evolve beyond the limitations of time and unite on some level with the energy of the Creator.
Value every aspect of your life because time may flow on forever but the time span of a life on the Earth is
minuscule compared to a life on the inner planes of the spiritual world.
My purpose also is to bring your attention to your thoughts, focusing on time and stating that you don’t have
enough time in the day will create this reality. Taking your awareness away from watching the clock

overcome and molded to suit your needs. Everything in your life is created from energy and so you can

its constant activation that we must always try to focus on minds and thoughts on the light of the Creator and
our souls. When light is our focus and anchoring the Creator’s energies are our goals, we dissipate the
influence of any type of negativity from our beings, allowing us to remain focused on the divine within our
beings and the wealth of love within others around us.
I, Lady Nada, understand the affects that negative energy can have on light workers. I comprehend that as
you become more sensitive to the light and energy around you, you also become more aware of your own
negative thought habits, beliefs or actions. You will become sensitive to the touch of any kind of negative
energy that may seep into your reality through another person or your actions. It is unfortunately a part of
mastering your being. As you grow spiritually anchoring greater light into your being you may find that the

I, Lady Nada am the chohan or governor of the eighth ray of light, which is of a sea foam green colour. This
special ray of light is a cleansing ray of light that aids integration of the Creator’s energies. I wish to assist
humanity in dispersing negativity, fear and doubt from their beings by offering a special and simple
meditation that can be practiced each day as a daily routine that will cleanse and heal your being, raising
your energy vibration and increasing your light quotient to aid ascension.
Meditation for Cleansing
Sit peacefully focusing on your breathing, gaining a meditative state of mind and body.
Invoke my energy by repeating my name, ‘Lady Nada’ in connection with your breathing, until you feel my
energy build around you.
‘I ask Lady Nada to anchor the eighth ray of light from the eighth ray ashram into my being. Allow the bright
sacred cleansing light to flow into my being as a beam of light, through my crown chakra, down my chakra
column and into the Earth.’
Imagine a sea foam green beam of light entering into your body and descending as a beam of light through
your chakra column and into the Earth. Simply accept the energy and know that it is cleansing your chakras
and soul as it passes through each and enters into the Earth to heal and cleanse Mother Earth. The beam of
light will flow continuously through your being.
‘I ask Lady Nada to surround me with the eight cleansing rings of light from the eighth ray ashram. Allow
them to descend over my physical body.’
You will exist in the centre of these eight sacred rings of a sea foam green colour. The first ring will form just
below your feet, the last just above your head, with the other six at equally distance surrounding your body.
The rings will begin close to your body, as you focus on your breathing and invoke Lady Nada asking her for
the healing and cleansing process to begin the eight rings of light will begin to expand out to the very edge
of your aura. They will rest here for a while before decreasing in size and drawing back close to your body.
They will complete this process many times until you are cleansed and healed of any negativity, fear or
doubt. As they decrease and expand in size around your physical body they are dissolving all unneeded
energy and replacing it with the sacred and divine energy of the eight ray of light.
Sit within this energy for as long as you wish. When you have completed the meditation and feel that your
energy vibration has raised, simply ask me to remove the eight cleansing rings of light and withdraw the
eight ray beam flowing through your being. The cleansing light energy will remain within your being.

Creator soul, but there is an aspect of your being that is separated from the Creator due to your physical
body. This is not a hindrance; it is a precious and valuable experience that allows you to focus on the divine
contained within your physical body, discovering, analysing and honouring your inner energy, until it is such a
major influence in your life.
My dear children value every moment of your time within a physical body, integrate your divine soul and
sacred energies into your physical body as this is your true purpose on the Earth. It is the purpose of the
separation created by the physical body. You must love yourself in order to eliminate these boundaries. As
you open to the energy of your soul and embody love the restrictions of your physical body will disperse. This
doesn’t mean that your body will disappear but that it will rise in energy vibration, allowing you to exist with
greater integration and vastness in a physical body. When you connect with your inner divine energies you
are able to reach out and share your love and light with those around you, increasing your expansive energy
and unity of your light with other aspects of the Creator’s light. With this progression you will gradually learn

As the celebrations of the Buddha begins let us open our hearts, souls and minds to the waves of divine and
sacred energy that flow from the spiritual planes and the office or home of Lord Buddha, our Planetary
Logos. The energies that are channelled and anchored into the Earth and its inhabitants during this time of
celebration are particular high and transformational. Lord Buddha through his embodiment of the Earth and
the higher realms of our spiritual universe sends forth his energy of love and light from the core of the
Creator. He distributes the enlightenment of the Buddha to all of humanity as a gift of rejuvenation, healing
and a greater activation of our energy systems and growth on the Earth. The qualities that are central to the
energies being shared with humanity are peace, love, harmony and tranquility.
Let us sit in silence and simply breath in the energy that Lord Buddha and our spiritual leaders share with us,
let us contemplate on the silence around us, anchoring its energy into our souls. Peace and stillness can be
found in the loudest of celebrations, they are the essence of our beings that need to be accessed and
revealed from within us. As we all take a moment to sit and open our beings to the white light and the twelve
planetary rays of light that come forth from Lord Buddha’s ashram, we can rejoice in our unity with the light

Buddha or where you are, you will exist as a unity with all the other receptive energies and light workers
incarnated on the Earth. We are all a big family of light, let us celebrate the coming and manifestation of
Buddha’s enlightenment to the Earth and within the human mind, as a group, as a whole and family. You are
never alone as the white flame of Buddha anchored into your being and reality. It is the white flame of
Shamballa on the inner planes and of the soul of Buddha. Allow yourself to feel the unity of your soul with
your vast family of light workers on the Earth.
Let us in assist you in grasping and anchoring the sacred energies into your being. First we ask you to sit
peacefully meditating on the light of Lord Buddha, ask that you receive the divine and sacred energies that
are being channelled onto the Earth now. Imagine yourself as a vast sponge, absorbing the light directed
into you and humanity. Ask that you may access the core of Lord Buddha’s energy and may be linked with
your family of light on the Earth and in the spiritual planes so that you may exist as one and in unity. When
you have experienced this, feeling the energy around you then ask that the white flame of Buddha be placed

Finally you may ask for the light of Lord Buddha to form a light body, your planetary light body that you can
access and ask to step into your body. It is a higher aspect of your being holding much enlightenment,
wisdom and illumination which will melt into your own energy systems over time. This is a powerful
invocation that allows you to absorb and integrate the energies of Lord Buddha into your being, recognising
Lord Buddha as an aspect of your higher self.
The celebrations of Buddha are an important date within the human and spiritual calendar as it is a time
when the most powerful energies are sent to the Earth allowing those who are receptive to gain full
advantage of this transformational energy. This celebration is rejoiced in a variety of ways, under various
titles such as WESAK or the festival of the Buddha. It is a wonderful opportunity for us to truly connect with
Lord Buddha, our planetary leader, who guides and advises us in our lives, creating a deeper connection
that will remain with us for eternity. It doesn’t matter how you chose to celebrate this sacred event, but
remember to open your being and energy systems to the love and light of Lord Buddha and our spiritual
teachers to activate our spiritual development on the Earth. The celebration I speak of is within your being, it

As high vibrations descend onto the Earth, it is your responsibility to remain receptive to these divine tools
and keys of growth. If you ask for positive high vibrations to be anchored into your being, soul and reality
each and every day you will progress spiritually without much effort, other than remaining open. The energy
of the Creator is pure; the world that the Creator manifests in this mighty universe is simple and easy to
move through, in terms of spiritual development. The Earth is a manifestation of the Creator’s mind and we
as extension of the Creator’s soul should be able to experience our spiritual and physical lessons with total
ease. After all every action coming forth from the Creator’s mind and heart is simple, the Creator doesn’t
complicate anything and magically ties every situation, person and experience together so that unity and
synchronisations can blossom, again with ease.
It is the mind of humans that creates complications on the Earth, you do not realise your powers, the divine
energy and spiritual skills that exist within your physical shells, and so everything in your lives feels and
appears complicated. Your actions affect others and so you experience the unity and bond between the
Creator, yourself and humanity in a new light which can promote fear and doubt in ones powers, because
we do not wish to harm anyone. When we emanate the love of the Creator complications disappear and
simplicity forms in our lives.
This is the same for our spiritual realities and paths. The human mind and the divine soul craves love,
wisdom expansion and understanding. The mind believes that in order to gain these wonderful qualities,
which bring freedom, it must progress through many difficult stages of growth with meditations, affirmations,
mantra and all types of spiritual practices. These are all beneficial and enhance the growth of humanity
tremendously but the true key to spiritual growth is simplicity and light. When you can grasp, have true
confidence and faith in the simple tool or action of absorbing light and invoking different vibrations of light
into your being, then you will open your physical bodies and energy systems to true integration not only with
your soul but the universe of the Creator. The light and high vibrational energies of the Creator are more
powerful and transformational than you could ever imagine, currently you are unable to truly see the
difference they can create in a physical person’s spiritual development. From where I sit at the head of the
Galactic level as Logos of this section, I see the miracles that the Creator’s light instigates within each of
you. I also see it within the masters working on the Galactic level of the Creator’s universe, the energies at

I am a tree spirit, I am named Timothy, I stand with my physical roots in the soil, my spirit roots or energy
stems further, intertwining into the very soul and core energy of Mother Earth. It is from Mother Earth that I
receive the energy, nourishment and support to stand as a beacon of light on the Earth. The sun bathes on
my physical leaves and trunk, uplifting my soul, promoting joy in its abundance within my being. I am content
to stand for all the hours the Creator gave to humanity on the Earth, I stand in peace, harmony and tranquility
even though the world around me is busy and constantly moving. I stand as a breath of solitude on the Earth,
in my small section on the planet of Earth.
Solitude, stillness and peace are my precious jewels they are my one desire and I achieve and exist within
these energies every day because I do not except to receive them from the world around me but seek them
within my soul. My soul feeds me with everything I desire, I am within my own precious temple, no matter
what occurs in the physical reality around me; I remain connected and integrated with my soul, united with

Did you know that my fellow trees and myself are here as your spiritual teachers. We are here to assist you
in respecting, honouring and connecting with the Earth, Mother Earth and the Creator. We like you, hold a
trinity between the Creator and Mother Earth, but we are not distracted by our surroundings and remain
united and integrated with the love of the Creator through our stillness and inner peace.
Humans we understand you, we are also trapped within a physical body, we have less of an opportunity to
communicate than you, but when we do we are able to express our truth. We understand that you may feel
trapped or separated from the Creator due to your physical body, but when you focus on your inner stillness
and exist as a tree you are one, whole and completely united with the Creator. It is only when you remove
your focus from your physical reality and focus on what is occurring within your being that you may feel the
strength, love, light and peace that each of us possess.
I as a single tree, among many who rarely communicate with humanity, wish to express that there are so
many trees on the Earth who are willing and wanting to communicate with you, they wish to be your spiritual
teachers as they have so much wisdom, enlightenment and practices to teach you. We, the trees are the
gurus of meditation, inner stillness and expanding the peace of the soul into the entire being and reality.
Many do not realise we are here to teach and help you, it is not compulsory that you accept our invitation, but
for those who feel the connection and pull of the tress you may wish to find a tree within your area or garden
willing to offer you spiritual tuition and education. We are similar to the spiritual teachers on the inner planes
accept that we are in a similar position to you.
My dear friends, allow yourself to be attracted to a tree, preferably in a quite place where you will not be
disturbed. Stand beneath the edge of the branches and calm your mind. Breathe deeply and ask the tree if it
is willing to speak with you. Wait for an answer or positive sensation like a tingle. Then ask if you are
allowed to sit against its trunk. Again if the answer within your mind is positive continue forth. You may tell
the tree of this message you have read and how a tree named Timothy stated that trees are spiritual
teachers and can education humanity. Ask the tree if it is willing to be your special spiritual teacher, sharing
its wisdom with you and teaching you the essence of meditation, stillness, harmony and healing. If the
answer is positive then ask the tree to channel its energy into your being first to heal your being, then to build
a deeper connection and bond between you. The more you practice the better your results.
In a time when people are connecting more frequently with the Creator and their inner souls, the wisdom of
the trees opens to benefit the growth of humans. This is a wonderful process and experience, have faith in
yourself and know that your soul will attract you to the correct tree.

I am Master Serapis Bey; I am the chohan of the third ray of light on the inner planes and govern its vibrant

with manifestation through the power of the thought; it is my purpose as chohan to analyse the thoughts of
the Creator and the minds of humans on the Earth. My aid is to marry the two together so that humans
become the mind and hold the thoughts of the Creator. I am constantly looking for ways in which I can
explain the mind and its powers to the people on the Earth and how I can anchor greater love into the human
mind to diminish the control of the negative ego and its influences on our actions on the Earth.
Time is an important factor and equation that limits the human mind. Humans categorise every moment of
energy into minutes, hours, days, weeks, months and years. Once we lift these separations of energy we are
able to exist in freedom, with limitless amounts of energy and space to explore without having to hurry. We
can then exist as expansive and continuous beings of light because we are not separating or partitioning the
energy around us and our actions. If we imagine ourselves floating in space we see that every thing is
accessible, there are no barriers to cross or to exist within. When we experience this expansiveness it
activates the vast energies within us and we are able to clearly see or feel our unity with the Creator.
Time is a factor that we cannot escape on the Earth, it will constantly be apart of our lives, because in truth
we need it to assist us in completing the goals of our soul on the Earth. It accurately allows us to register and
keep a record of our achievements and accomplishments on the Earth. We receive a timeline of our life and
when we return to the spiritual planes it is easier for us to comprehend and evaluate our time on the Earth.
It is my purpose as the chohan of the third ray to consider all factors of physical life and how they affect and
aid the soul. Time is a factor that assists us in following our journey and achieving our goals but it also
separates us from the Creator and limits expansion. There are ways that we can combat time and use it to
our advantage. The key is to take your focus away from your watch or the calendar and focus on what you
are doing presently. Don’t long for things to happen in your life or worry that you aren’t going to finish your
work in time. Time is an energy that can be molded to suit your needs; you always have plenty of time and
energy in your life. You can ask me to ensure that you value every second of your life and that you
accomplish everything you need to in the frame of time that you have been given. It is important to make
space in your life to enjoy every aspect of your being, the energies around you and your present existence.
Valuing your breath, your mind, the functions of your body and of course the energy of your soul. When we
focus on these factors and simply enjoy the moment, we access a new consciousness. When this is
enhanced we evolve beyond the limitations of time and unite on some level with the energy of the Creator.
Value every aspect of your life because time may flow on forever but the time span of a life on the Earth is
minuscule compared to a life on the inner planes of the spiritual world.
My purpose also is to bring your attention to your thoughts, focusing on time and stating that you don’t have
enough time in the day will create this reality. Taking your awareness away from watching the clock
constantly throughout the day will remove the focus of your mind on time, thus creating a reality for yourself
that offers you plenty of time during your days to complete your spiritual practices. Whatever we focus on we
receive, whether our focus, thoughts and intensions are negative or positive. This is a fact of life. Many
people focus on their desire but forget that time is a relevant and much needed restriction that can be
overcome and molded to suit your needs. Everything in your life is created from energy and so you can
change the reality you live in by the power of your mind and positive thoughts.
Again my message today is simply a reminder of the power that your mind holds, we take our realities for
granted and forget that we can control and create our lives on the Earth. Remember that you do not have to
be a slave to time but can allow it to be a positive aspect of your limitless life on the Earth and in the spiritual

There is a need for us as light workers to constantly protect ourselves and anchor greater light into our
beings. Negativity can swell from within us if we are not satisfied with our reality, relationships or feel
disconnected from the Creator. Negativity is a product of fear and doubt; it exists within every person on the
Earth, activated by the smallest of things, situations, experiences or judgments in our lives. It is because of
its constant activation that we must always try to focus on minds and thoughts on the light of the Creator and
our souls. When light is our focus and anchoring the Creator’s energies are our goals, we dissipate the
influence of any type of negativity from our beings, allowing us to remain focused on the divine within our
beings and the wealth of love within others around us.
I, Lady Nada, understand the affects that negative energy can have on light workers. I comprehend that as
you become more sensitive to the light and energy around you, you also become more aware of your own
negative thought habits, beliefs or actions. You will become sensitive to the touch of any kind of negative
energy that may seep into your reality through another person or your actions. It is unfortunately a part of
mastering your being. As you grow spiritually anchoring greater light into your being you may find that the
smallest things, comments or situations in your life can affect you in a negative way such as irritation or
annoyance, because you have become extremely sensitive to energy vibrations. By protecting yourself and
focusing on the core love of the Creator this can be combated. There is a need for constant cleansing to
reduce any affects of negativity, whether it stems from outside influences or swells from within your being as
fear and doubt. Cleansing and healing are the keys to spiritual growth. As you peel away layers of energy
you reveal the divine jewel and star of light that inhabits the physical body.
I, Lady Nada am the chohan or governor of the eighth ray of light, which is of a sea foam green colour. This
special ray of light is a cleansing ray of light that aids integration of the Creator’s energies. I wish to assist
humanity in dispersing negativity, fear and doubt from their beings by offering a special and simple
meditation that can be practiced each day as a daily routine that will cleanse and heal your being, raising
your energy vibration and increasing your light quotient to aid ascension.
Meditation for Cleansing
Sit peacefully focusing on your breathing, gaining a meditative state of mind and body.
Invoke my energy by repeating my name, ‘Lady Nada’ in connection with your breathing, until you feel my
energy build around you.
‘I ask Lady Nada to anchor the eighth ray of light from the eighth ray ashram into my being. Allow the bright
sacred cleansing light to flow into my being as a beam of light, through my crown chakra, down my chakra
column and into the Earth.’
Imagine a sea foam green beam of light entering into your body and descending as a beam of light through
your chakra column and into the Earth. Simply accept the energy and know that it is cleansing your chakras
and soul as it passes through each and enters into the Earth to heal and cleanse Mother Earth. The beam of
light will flow continuously through your being.
‘I ask Lady Nada to surround me with the eight cleansing rings of light from the eighth ray ashram. Allow
them to descend over my physical body.’
You will exist in the centre of these eight sacred rings of a sea foam green colour. The first ring will form just
below your feet, the last just above your head, with the other six at equally distance surrounding your body.
The rings will begin close to your body, as you focus on your breathing and invoke Lady Nada asking her for
the healing and cleansing process to begin the eight rings of light will begin to expand out to the very edge
of your aura. They will rest here for a while before decreasing in size and drawing back close to your body.
They will complete this process many times until you are cleansed and healed of any negativity, fear or
doubt. As they decrease and expand in size around your physical body they are dissolving all unneeded
energy and replacing it with the sacred and divine energy of the eight ray of light.
Sit within this energy for as long as you wish. When you have completed the meditation and feel that your
energy vibration has raised, simply ask me to remove the eight cleansing rings of light and withdraw the
eight ray beam flowing through your being. The cleansing light energy will remain within your being.

this is not because I am an ascended master but because I am my truth, in complete existence. You are
united and integrated with every aspect of the Creator’s soul and universe, you are simply unable to
comprehend this yet but a time will come when you will experience the love of every other aspect of the
Creator’s soul pour into your being and you will be in bliss.
Existing within your human body is almost similar to living within a cage; you are unable to escape while
consciously awake. You are able to feel a connection with others and to integrate your energy with the
Creator soul, but there is an aspect of your being that is separated from the Creator due to your physical
body. This is not a hindrance; it is a precious and valuable experience that allows you to focus on the divine
contained within your physical body, discovering, analysing and honouring your inner energy, until it is such a
major influence in your life.
My dear children value every moment of your time within a physical body, integrate your divine soul and
sacred energies into your physical body as this is your true purpose on the Earth. It is the purpose of the
separation created by the physical body. You must love yourself in order to eliminate these boundaries. As
you open to the energy of your soul and embody love the restrictions of your physical body will disperse. This
doesn’t mean that your body will disappear but that it will rise in energy vibration, allowing you to exist with
greater integration and vastness in a physical body. When you connect with your inner divine energies you
are able to reach out and share your love and light with those around you, increasing your expansive energy
and unity of your light with other aspects of the Creator’s light. With this progression you will gradually learn
to become integrated with every aspect of the Creator’s soul, becoming the Creator and the beauty of the
mighty soul of the Creator on the Earth and throughout the universe.
Integration is to ascend and to become enlightened. When you expand your soul and integrate it with the
aspects of the Creator’s soul you become sensitive and aware of everything that occurs on the Earth and
the inner planes. Your awareness and sensitivity expand to all across the Earth because you are integrated
with all. You are able to assist and guide many from the spiritual planes because you are an aspect of every
soul incarnation on the Earth and in existence on the spiritual planes. This, my dear children is the way that
we are able to be by your side each and every day guiding you forth. We are ascended masters, divine light
beings of the Creator and an aspect of your soul. When you invoke our guidance and advice we are able to
assist you with ease. Time and your physical body are your only restrictions on the Earth, but they aid you in

you are able to accept yourself as a vast and expansive energy of the Creator that is integrated with every
living soul not just on the Earth but in spirit form as well.
