This is a meditation to bring golden light and life force energy into your
life.
Light is the spiritual equivalent to oxygen on the physical planet. We cannot survive in a physical body without oxygen
and we cannot survive as our spiritual bodies and souls without the constant supply and flow of light. It is important
as we take our oxygen into our body each second of the day, we must also nourish our soul by allowing a constant
flow of light and to be surrounded by the divine light of the creator. To starve our soul of light can allow you to feel
drained and heavy with lack of energy.
The Meditation
Choose a quite space in which to sit and relax. If it is possible allow this space to be free from light so that you sit in
the darkness. Place a candle in front of you.
Sit and slow your breathing to a comfortable and relaxed speed. Ask for your being to be protected and for the
angels to only allow beings and energies of love and light to enter.
Now with your eyes open allow yourself to absorb the darkness that surrounds you. How does it make you feel?
Does it conjure any feelings inside of you whether they are positive or negative? Just sit in this space and make your
senses aware.
When you are ready you may light the candle that you placed in front of you, allow your eyes to become accustomed
to the light. Notice how light floods out and fills the space, even if its effects are only small in the areas furthest from
the flame, register that it still influences and lightens that space. Know that when you ignite your own inner light that
you also effect the atmosphere and beings that surround you.
Now bring your attention back into the centre of the flame. Notice how brightly, confidently and strongly it glows. It is a
constant source of light at this precise moment. As we did with the darkness, I ask you to notice how this bright light
feels to you? What changes or emotions are drawn to the surface of your being and how do these emotions
compare with the ones felt when sitting in the darkness.
After you have examined this pure light, close your eyes and imagine sense or feel the light flame inside your own
being. Feel it grow positively and strongly inside yourself. Allow it to fill the whole of your being and aura. You are
now this bright, confident, golden, divine flame glowing in the darkness. Remember how you noticed the effect of
such a light has on its surroundings. Your own inner flame has the same effect to your surroundings. You bring the
energy of the divine creator into your life and into your being. It will affect your life, bringing strength and positivity as
well as love into your life.

Welcome to our energy, we are known as the Pleiades, a body of light energy that lives in the universal galaxy. We come
to you with our loving energy and are committed to helping you along your spiritual path of growth. We are evolved
spiritual beings and have experienced major changes in the universe. It is our job to oversee these spiritual changes that
occur on all the planets in the universe including planet earth. We have observed that a shift of energy on the earth is the
result of a shift and awakening of the souls of human beings. Humans are gradually connecting once more with the light of
the creator and this is raising the spiritual energy vibration of the planet. Energy in certain places on the earth has
become very positive and peaceful. There are of course many places that are blocked with negative energy. It is the
positive energy that we are interested in because the negative energy will soon disperse as the positive loving energy
spreads, which we believe it will do over the next couple of years. As we view the earth from above we can see many
small sites forming that are energised and radiating love and light out into the earth. These places or areas act like
sacred sites, they can be anywhere in houses, parks, schools, where love and light is radiated from a physical being
unconditionally. As more beings connect with their guides and the creator’s energy, this energy affects their surroundings
and creates a haven filled with peace and harmony; gradually the world will be filled with light, love and positivity.
This is an important thought to hold that when you connect with a being of love you not only raise your own consciousness
but the atmosphere all around you. The love then stays in the atmosphere after you have left and is absorbed by beings
that enter it. This is why we must always try to think loving thoughts wherever we go and to leave each area and
atmosphere, as we would like to find it, positive, happy and shimmering with the love of the creator. If everyone tried to
achieve this then you would stay in a positive mood wherever you went and life for every being would be more enjoyable.

At this time of the journey fear seems so easily placed on our shoulders by others. The security that beings have in their
daily life is striped away leaving them vulnerable. For when people chose to take control of other and their lives, it makes
individuals feel tense and unsafe in the world that is currently their home.
We again seem to be given the challenge of conquering our fears. When a being wishes to end their life or the lives of
others, physically most of us are unable to stop these beings. Every being knows this and it seems to awaken the feeling
of fear, which we may have already overcome in other parts of our lives. Fear has become the major feeling and emotion
to conquer on this planet, for it is not only a feeling that makes us worry and can create illnesses, it is also an emotion that
stops the soul doing exactly what it desires to do. Many beings battle with fear in their daily lives, it may be fear created
by childhood situations or from past life experiences. Hopefully we do not allow these fears to hold us back in life.
Now as the world advances toward ascension we find that we are faced with more global fears. Many people are happily
leaving this world to go home, they give up their lives for us so that we may experience and grow as we physically travel
through horrible situations such as attacks and deaths. The people who are left behind obviously feel that fear is an
experience they need to learn from. They are also warriors of light and must radiate light and love to all. I know this is a
statement that is said often ‘You must radiate love and light’. If all your physical possessions, house, money and even the
friends, family, city or village you live in were taken away, what would you have left? How would you survive?
The answer I hope would be to connect to God and draw down his shining light, to immerse yourself in this light and
radiate it out to others who may or may not be in the same position. For God can create anything, all you have to do is
ask and he can restore your physical life. The point is that when you have not control over a situation and its outcome in
your life, in the world, there is only one place in the end that you can turn to, that will provide you with all the spiritual tool
you need.

the dark tragedies that occurring on this planet. I wish to thank you for the love you have given to those who are fearful

The Creator wishes us to know that we are all one in the mighty heart of the Creator. Each soul is like a single flame
glowing brightly but from afar this flame connects with all flames in the Universe, creating a huge heart of light. We must
remember that we are the Creator; this is because our soul is made of the essence of the Creator.
It is because of this that I ask you to be kind, caring, compassionate and loving to the beings that are close to your heart,
and to the beings that are unknown to you. In the world that we live in now this is of most importance, for we still find
space in the flames of our hearts to judge, control and send negativity to others instead of peace and support. This is a
habit that needs to be broken in order for the true flame of love to be free.
The Creator asks you to remember, that mankind and I (the Creator), are connected. We travel through this journey of life
as one. In order for our bonds to grow stronger, faith and trust must be the essential part of our oneness. The oneness
cannot be strong and creative if the single flame doesn’t trust the mighty heart.

I am Archangel Gabriel, a powerful light worker from the Angelic Kingdom. I send to you my kind, caring and

spirit world but only a hand full are accepted by the people on the earth. I am a messenger of god as are all
Archangels and Angels; we channel the energy, love and light from the creator through our beings and into the souls
incarnated on the earth. Our energy is the energy directly from the creator and we channel this energy and light into
any being on the earth who wished to receive our love. As Archangels we watch over every single soul on the earth
but we cannot assist you unless you ask for our assistance. Many Archangels who are unknown to humans emanate
their light across the world into the hearts that are open and receptive to the Archangel’s energy vibration and

sends across the world and the universe. The seconds between the waves of light are gradually decreasing, this is
because more humans are awakening to the light and love of the creator and are invoking divine heavenly light into

Archangels to the human race and earth will soon become nonexistence as their light will continuously flow. People
are taking control of their own lives and they want to become masters of their emotions, thoughts and energy
systems. Many want to reawaken to a time when they were most evolved whether they were on the earth, another
planet or the spirit world. People finally want to discover who they really are and why they are existing on this now
crazy but luckily still beautiful land! This brings me so much pleasure as I have been anticipating the awakening of
mankind; wanting to regain their own inner power, no longer wishing to follow the rules of a physical person like a
flock.
Have you ever compared humanity to a flock of sheep or a herd of animals? I do not wish to be rude but over many
years mankind has been exactly like a flock of sheep being herded, being told how to act and live by others who
believe themselves to be better. Some travel through their lives comfortable in their flock not wanting to upset their
life by speaking out or doing something individual. Other people are like the young lambs who are uncertain of the
rules and begin to rebel against the restrictions, wanting to be free to live their lives as they please, evolving,
growing and expressing themselves as they wish to. At the present time on the earth you could say more sheep are
rebelling against the rules and are beginning to follow their own beliefs, helping them to evolve spiritually. Remember
that you are not a sheep but a light being with a wise and vibrant soul, within your soul is your power, wisdom, your
many spiritual abilities and powers just waiting to be released. Allow the energy of your soul to begin to flow into your
life, you have no limitations when you are trying to express yourself spiritually so allow the love and light of your soul
to flow and pulsate from your being.
Have you also ever thought that animals are the same as us, with souls holding wisdom? Many humans see animals
as pure livestock without a personality, a life to live or experiences to over come. Imagine that you were an animal
and the animals were placed in a human’s place and position of authority. You as an animal can interact with other
animals in the same way as you interact with people. The new humans have control of you, they place you in painful
positions or situations, together as the animals you shout and scream telling them of the pain you feel, but you
realise that you have a different language to the new humans and they seem deaf to your screams. Imagine how
desperate, alone and deserted you would feel, you wouldn’t have control over your life and you wouldn’t be able to
experience anything that you enjoyed. This is similar to how some of the animal kingdom is feeling right now but they
are forgiving mankind as they can see a brighter future ahead for the earth. Now imagine that you reverse your roles
and exist as a human again, you have your freedom, you can go shopping when you want to and perform all the
physical jobs that must be done and that you enjoy. Would you feel as if there is something more to life after being an
animal and realising that humans couldn’t understand you?
By connecting with the light and allowing your soul light and wisdom to expand you cannot only begin to live a
spiritual life in a physical body but you will help to awaken others to the love of the creator. Awakening is becoming
aware of the world that surrounds you both physical and spiritual. You will become aware of the sacrifice and pain
many animals experience and the love and devoting that other animal’s experience. Gaining your inner power will
give you the courage either individually, as a community or as unity world to make changes on the earth for the better
and to allow love to flow to each and every soul, small or large. You no longer become a follower of the flock and also
help other communities and kingdoms to live a life of peace and harmony. As you become aware you will also be
able to communicate with animals, this may sound silly and unrealistic but many people are already communicating
and forming a strong bond with the animals and plant kingdom.
Each and every soul on the earth, human, animal or plant has a reason for being incarnate on the earth at this time.
Many of you have yet to discover your soul purpose but it will be reveal to you as you grow and progress spiritually,
this could take years, but remember that everything that you do now on the earth is leading you forward to gain
enlightenment and to discover your true purpose or purposes on the earth. Remember that every single meditation
that you practice, mantra, positive affirmation, caring gesture and love radiated draws you closer to the light of your
creator. Each soul on the earth is a soul extension of the creator’s soul, every experience that you have helps not
only your soul to grow but your higher soul, your monad and the creator, the universe is like a network of souls and
each one of you is connected together and to the creator. Your soul’s main goal is to ascend back to the creator’s
soul so that you can be accepted, integrated and merged together once more. Everyone has this goal whether they
are consciously aware of it or not, but it is only when you awaken to the creator’s light and wish to develop your soul
that you will truly understand this need to be reunited with the creator. I believe that many of you are already
experiencing this and are aware of your soul’s ultimate goal.

I am a light energy that has been given the name Ganesh, I am a soul of the creator’s light and I have come with my
own personal message for you toady. Many people are aware of my existence and have probably heard my name
before but I am honored that I have been allowed by Archangel Michael to communicate with you today, it is my first
time though this vessel and I am extremely excited. I have come to spread my light brightly and to expand my love
across the universe touching each of you with purity, peace and harmony.
Many of you will know me as an elephant headed deity or a Hindu God but my powers and love are open to every
soul on the earth whatever your religion or belief you can call on me to assist you, I will always be listening. I come to
your assistance because you are a loving light being and not because of your religion and beliefs. I see many
individuals absorb their religion and follow it throughout their life. This I believe to be honourable as whatever your
religion you are always connected to the love and light of the creator, each of you are a child of the creator and
whatever your beliefs this will never change. The one situation that distresses me currently on the earth is the lack of
unity between people and communities; many are using their religion as a barrier against other people, they see
people with different beliefs as enemies who shouldn’t be interacted with. In my experiences most religions teach
you to be generous and warm hearted to those that are living around you so how can a person exclude another
because of their beliefs? This is a question that bothers me and of course I could delve down and discuss this
matter for a lengthy amount of time but that would only distract you from my main message.
Each of you are individuals and will of course find your own way to live on the earth with your beliefs and opinions,
this I don’t want to change but I ask you to be loving and kind hearted to those who do not share your beliefs. Even if
they irritate you and in your opinion you cannot see how a person could believe in such a matter, you must always
love them unconditionally. It is not your right to judge another being for you yourself wouldn’t like to be judged.
Judgment, causes such pain and creates blockages where as love opens the flow of peace and communication,
allowing each party to live in harmony and greater love. The creator is an all loving and giving being yet many people
on earth use the creator’s name to judge and condemn others, how can this be right? I know that the beings that this
message reaches are loving beings of the creator but I ask you not to judge or criticize those who may not be
following the same path as you. Each soul on the earth needs your love and the love of the creator whatever their
religion, skin colour or opinions. The essence of each soul is love and every soul has the need to share and receive
their inner love from their soul. The creator wishes every person to live in harmony with each other and I believe that
this is one of the main challenges on the earth at the current time. It is a challenge that extends to each individual; my
only hope is that the souls of the earth will one day stand united in love allowing all opinions and physical matters to
dissolve. Each of you has more than one quality in common but the main quality is your love. We must help people to
release their inner love, many hide it away in fear of feeling pain, but when you deny the love of your soul and the
creator you will experience a greater pain of separation and loneliness. I do not wish this for any being for I love you
all equally.
My final message to you today is a simple to say but can be rather challenging to achieve. I ask you to follow the
wisdom of your soul for this is your book of guidance and religion. Within your soul you hold the divine ways of living
a heavenly life on the earth. You do not need others to show you the way as everything you will ever need is within
your soul. Listen to those tiny whispers that enter so quickly into your mind but are often over thrown by the controlling
mind and ego. When you follow the guidance of our soul you are truly connected to the love and light of the creator.
I believe that many would be afraid to connect with me as I am connected to the Hindu religion but I am telling you
now not to be fearful for it was my pathway up to the creator’s love while I existed on the earth but I am open to every
single soul on the earth. Please connect with me, and invoke my energy. I will surround you in my light and energy
vibration so that you can sense, feel or see my presence beside you. I am a powerful yet loving being and I am
known for my ability to remove obstacles for an individual’s life, I offer you my wisdom and love in the hope that you
will accept it. For those of you who are not accustomed to my energy I ask you to try repeating my name within your
mind or out loud. Try this during meditation and be alert to your feelings, repeating my name throughout the day will

expanding. There are also so many issues and ideas that I could speak of, making it very difficult to decide on the
most beneficial. In my last message I decide to take simplicity as my guide and talk of the importance of love and
light and how we should not underestimate its powers as well as our own.
I am constantly observing the world, the attitudes and thought patterns of its inhabitants. I see the pain that many
beings experience as a result of being separated from their higher self and the creators love and light. It is the
personality of the person that suffers the most as if it is not connected to its soul that exists within the physical body it
will eventually feel isolated and confused. Each being on the earth has a channel that connects the creator to your
soul group, higher self, inner soul and finally your personality. Your inner soul will never be disconnected from your
higher self as its essence is pure and the soul always remains in the light, your soul will never be harmed in the same
way that your physical being can experience pain. The different aspects of your body; the emotional, and physical
have no way of absorbing and retaining light because of the low vibration that we exist in on the earth. The only way
for the personality of a being to gain light which is vital for health, wellbeing and growth of the body would be to call
the energy and light of the creator into the being or connect once more with the soul. It is when the being does not
realise that they are not connected to the energy flow of their soul and do not understand that it is essential for them
to invoke light that they begin to plunge into a negative state of being, where blockages occur making connection
seem like an impossible challenge that will not assist in any way. This state of mind and being is not the ideal way of
living, depression can set in and the worst feeling of all becomes your constant companion, loneliness. You cannot
understand why the loving beings that are constantly surrounding you do not help you but instead leave you all alone.
They cannot help you unless you ask, it is up to you to take control of your life and to call in all the assistance, light
and love that you need other wise you will remain isolated from the world and spirit beings that love you the most.
I am sorry to bestow my negative description on you today but I see many people who experience some form of
spiritual loneliness in their life and I want you to be aware that you are never alone, it is when you experience
isolation that you must remember to draw the love of the creator and your higher self into your being. Each of you
understands the power that a small amount of light contains so allow yourself to experience it fully in your life.
Throughout this week, I set you a challenge to constantly invoke and imagine light flowing through your being as a
continuous flow. Think of it in your spare time or when you remember throughout your day, especially when you need
assistance and guidance. To yourself say something along these lines-
”I invoke the energy of Lord Maitreya into my life and being, Lord Maitreya please protect and oversee the light that
flows continuously into my being”.
Then imagine a tube or a rod flowing from the heavens into your crown chakra, this tube is connected to the creator
and his love flows through the tube into your soul group, re-energising and nourishing, it then continues and connects
with your higher soul, re-energising and nourishing. From your higher soul imagine the tube filled with love and light
flowing into your crown chakra, here it re-energises and nourishes your inner soul before radiating the light outwards
into your personality, physical and emotional bodies. Finally, imagine the tube filled with a continuous flow of love
penetrating the earth and anchoring your soul into mother earth so that you are grounded and centered.
This is a very simple visualisation but it will help the flow of light to enter your being. I believe that it will help you to
feel connected with your soul and the spirit world, it will brighten your life, promote healing and releasing of old
energy patterns as well as helping you to feel happier and enjoy your life on the earth.
My main message to you today is that you all understand the power of love and light, so allow it to become a part of
your being and watch the changes that its power makes to your thoughts, emotions and experiences.
