A Spirit of a Tree Speaks
I feel blessed to be able to express myself in this manner; it is a privilege that many are not given. Expression of ones
thoughts and energy is an essential part of live on Earth. As a tree spirit in this day and age we do not have the pressure
of communicating with the human kingdom and many ignore our calls of love and guidance.
Many of us stand alone in the world while others live in a community of support (you call these forests) but we are all alive,
living, growing and breathing. We see the most wonderful and magical miracles and sights, as we stand in our vessels, in
our physical bodies. One would not want to live in any other type of vessel. We observe the beauty of the weather, the
sunsets, the sunrises. We see nature as its truest form. The kingdoms surround and support us. The world is so beautiful
when you look through eyes of love; I observe the thoughts of humans and animals as they pass me and send them on
their way with the energy of love, hope and happiness. I have never seen any other part of the world in this life yet I am
honoured to stand here. My sights inspire and bring me tremendous joy; I do not want to be in any other spot. I can see
the good in all and the larger picture of most things. You will find me peaceful and meditative, as I stand strong in the
ground. You will find love and light in every part of my vessel, my trunk, branches and leaves, for I am the Creator as I
stand here. The Creator is love and I radiate that love with honour and happiness.
Mother Earth supports me from the core centre of the Earth; she feeds, nourishes and protects my soul. I have faith in her

to health or by the hands of another I know that I am loved; I know that Mother Earth will support me and the Creator will

We bring to you energy of cleansing and re energising. We are pure as the light and our physical form is called water.
Water is our physical matter, it allows our energies to exist on this planet, and water covers a vast amount of your planet
and offers a chance for you to cleanse your being physically and spiritually. We can help keep the balance of harmony in
your being. For this is why we have been placed here, especially the ocean. The ocean has a more pure existence
because it has less contact with the physical world that we live in and carries the pure light and life force energy.
Because of our energy and its benefits to your being, we ask you to think of yourself by the sea with the sun revealing the
essence of light that we carry and the wind allowing us to voice our rhythmic words of peace, joy and spiritual/physical

Hello to all beings, I am the personality that embodied Cleopatra in the Egyptian times on the planet earth, since my
experience as Cleopatra I have had many other experiences on the planet earth, some may be remembered in your
history accounts and others were what you might call more normal. For me all were fulfilling and enlightening lifetimes as I
achieved all I desire both physically and spiritually.
My energy has a great love for the physical aspect of the school of earth and this is why I have come to speak with you
today. I urge you to realise that you are living on a physical planet where you can experience so much through your
different senses that are a part of your body. I encourage you to go out into life and experiences as many things that are
possible. Take control of your life and enjoy it, it is for living isn’t it? You have been given such a wonderful gift a whole
lifetime, to experience and absorb as many things as you can, to understand new things and to enjoy yourself. The
creator loves to see us having fun, as it allows our true essence and soul to appear and radiate through our being. I am
not encouraging you to abuse your body or your being by excessive drinking or eating but to experience everything with
the light of your soul. It is like taking your spirituality with you on your journey of life and allowing it to enhance all your
experiences. If you are connected to the light as you go forth in your life you will see the true beauty in everything.
I also believe that to go out into life and take new experiences is not only exhilarating for your being but is spiritually
strengthening as it will make you overcome any fears that you may have about certain activities and situations.
Overcoming fear is the main lesson that we are here on the earth to learn. We have come to learn to connect with our
soul, energy and the creator’s energy and to keep our being happy and uplifted. When we are happy our energy
automatically raises and we instantly connect with our divine soul. This can’t be a bad thing?
It is fear that stops us moving forward and stops us experiencing the complete potential of our being and our life on earth.
Take control of your life and be connected to the light and love of the creator so that it may guide you, rather than being
connected to and living in fear where your energy depletes and your mood becomes down and upset. Life is meant to be
fulfilling and vibrant it is only us that allows the fear to destroy all our hopes and dreams.
I believe that it is my determination to experience the wonders of the earth and to achieve my dreams on earth that
helped my being become strong and wise but it was the light and love of the creator that gave me the strength to achieve
and experience in the first place. You cannot truly experience life fully if you are not in constant connection with the light. I
urge you to enjoy your life but be guided by your soul and the creator.
The first step that you must take is to constantly imagine yourself filled with golden or white light, allow it to flow into your
being from the heavens and through your crown chakra. Allow it to radiate outward creating a bubble of light around your
being. Imagine this as many times as you can throughout the day and it will connect you to your higher self, and the
creator as well as helping you see the physical beauty and the spiritual beauty of everything on earth.
I leave you to think though my words and to understand if fear is holding you back in your life and what you can do to
resolve it. Also to think of all the wonderful things you wish to do in life and to begin to take physical steps towards them

My light beings of the planet Earth we bring you good tidings, for we are from earth also but do not know earth as it is
today. We come from what you may call the past and have travel through energy to be with you today.
On our earth the sun beams which lights the landscape each morning bringing renewal of our energies. The light of the
sun recharges our soul and prepares us for our day ahead; our bodies are filled with golden love. As the sun falls upon
our landscape it touches the very heart of our world, as we know it. The pyramids that grace our landscape, they have
always been here during our lives and the planet earth in this life. They are the heart of our land, the heart of our
community and the connection to the greater worlds above and below.
These are our great temples of love and light. They are a place where one can be one’s true self and follow the path that
is truly theirs. For we do not force a religion or thought pattern on any being in our community, for each has been given a
mind and should be able to operate it as they wish, in love and light. This is something we are very proud of in our
community and why many visit us through the great temples. These temples have been designed to regulate energy,
allowing communication with many forms of creation and vibrational levels.
It is our temples and their unique energy that has allowed us to gain great wisdom and to help with the radiation of peace.
The temples that were built long before our time are not the same as those that stand on your own land. Their
appearances may be true but they have been robed of the many natural devises, which gave the pyramid its true
purpose. There were many crystals and tools that were placed in the central part of the temple in order for the beings of
spirit to enter our world and dimension. These tools have been ripped out of our beloved temples (these tools cannot be
revealed to humans at this time until you regain your true path and knowledge). The time that came after my reign saw the
temples being abused as burial grounds and places of storage. Many earthly materials would not have allowed into our
sacred sights for fear of disturbing the energy.
It was our wish to share this with you as an insight to the great temple of light. The pyramids in your world are now only
carcass but with the correct wisdom, knowledge and tools could be rebuilt for man to use and ascend.

Hi, sorry for the delay in this weeks message but as you probably know we were holding a healing show in Margam Park
on the 5th and 6th of Feb. While I was in the Orangery in the morning before people began to arrive, I was aware of a
spirit being coming close into my aura and I felt a band around my head as though a party hat had been placed on top of
my head. I was aware that this spirit being had once lived or visited the Orangery many years ago and had a great
fondness for the place and its surroundings. (I must stress that she is not a ghost who in trapped in the area) She began
to explain why she had come to visit me.
Dear loved ones of the Creator,
I have been allowed to communicate with you today to share some wisdom and my experiences of life for myself on earth.
I wish to bring into your life my energy of angelic vibration. I am an angel who was allowed to be born into a physical body
under the name of Sister Rose Mary. In your years this was many thousands of years ago. I became a nun in order to be
close and to stay connected to the beloved Creator and spent my years devoted to this life. At this time isolation from the
lives of other beings was the only way to feel the energies of the Creator and his helpers. I learnt many lessons and was
guided by the Creator as he spoke directly to my soul, although I followed the practical life of the church, I walked a path
of my own spiritual growth in order to ascend back to my home in the spirit world. I allowed my inner wisdom and
knowledge to help guide the way and died at what you would call middle aged by reaching the point of ascension. In my
life I helped my beings on the path to spiritual awareness and managed to regain my angelic energies while in my body
which allowed me to heal and guide the beings around me.
Many believe that an angel has such pure loving and clear energies that they are unable to incarnate into a physical body.
Many angels have no need to become a physical body as they hold the knowledge of the Creator in their hearts and wish
to help the beings on earth from behind the scenes. But angels are sent to earth to help the beings that are in need of
guidance. Some become so involved in their material lives that they forget their true purpose of the journey of life and
need a physical being to help them discover it. Each soul that is born on the earth is from the spirit world and is a being
of love that was created by the Universal Light. We each have a right to live on the earth and proceed in our spiritual
knowledge so that we may ascend to the next level of consciousness. This is our divine right as Earth is a school of
learning created by the Creator who has provided many teaches and guides to guide us along our paths.
As I watch and guide souls who are living on earth now, I realise how the life that I lived allowed my connection with the
Creator to flow easily because of the peace and harmony that filled my life. Beings that are incarnate on earth now have
many barriers to overcome because of the limitations that have been placed on them from the lives of other generations.
This makes it harder for them to find the connection with the Creator in the first place. The limitations come from fear of
being alone in the world and have created beliefs that god doesn’t exist, that help is not given and that love or hope
doesn’t surround them. This causes a barrier where people block out divine love without knowing it. I have also become
aware that people take on the beliefs, images and views of the Creator and how he reacts from other beings instead of
finding their own views, opinions and feelings.
To sit quietly and explore the energies that surround us is the beginning of discarding these limitations and moving
forward in your spiritual growth. You must find your own path in life that incorporates your true purpose and allows you to
grow connected to your divine soul.
We each have a heavenly path and I as others have realised that there are other ways to devote our lives to the Creator.
But I ask you is there a need to devote or praise the Creator and his helpers? Should we not work together as equals to
help our own spiritual growth and the growth of others? We are all made of the love of the Creator. By praising we are
saying that we are not worthy of this life and the Creator’s love. You are a part, essence and thought of the Creator.
Instead send your thanks to the spirit world that you are aware of their existence and that you know that you are an
amazing light being who walks alongside the Creator. You are companions and friends.
Through my experiences on Earth I have solved many lessons that humans must learn in their lives. I am now working
closely with humans as a guide or a guardian angel to help and support beings in their spiritual journeys.
I hope my story has enlightened your lives and helped to gain a greater understanding of life.

My friends, I gather you hear to day, to emphasise the importance of your life and experiences on Earth.
All aspects of your life are important to your soul, to your guides and the divine Creator. It was you who chose and he who
allowed you to make this special journey to this particular planet so that you can be apart of the earth’s experiences. You
must always remember that you are on a special journey, adventure or quest and will be until you depart.
Every beings life is special and important. The Earth and its beings need you on this planet at this time, this I am sure of
otherwise you would not be here. Please don’t waste a moment of your life for time is travelling quickly and your quests
for enlightenment need to be discovered and experienced. Many planets before have failed to achieve enlightenment on
a physical, emotional and spiritual level in such a short time scale.
There are many beings offering support and guidance to its warriors. I tell you this because I wish you to enjoy the
experiences that you have throughout each day and know that your life is not a waste or pointless. This is a very common
statement, why am I here? This is for only you to find out and you will achieve the answer to your question by the
experiences and lessons you learn in your life.
For me I found my mission, my purpose in life by meditation. In my life I was a Buddhist Monk, my life was placed on earth
to radiate, balance, support and security to all those I met, worked with and to many I didn’t meet on the physical plane.
My physical life was simple but important for the health of mankind and the growth of my soul.
Many people’s purposes change throughout their life on Earth so they achieve many enlightening experiences. To have
joy in your life, heart and soul is one of the most enlightening experiences for you and all around you.
All experiences on Earth are positive, for we grow stronger and uncover a deeper part of our soul. I encourage you to
think of everything in your life as an experience and enjoy your quest on this planet Earth. There are many who wish to be

My Blessed Ones,
Today we wish to present you with a meditation. A meditation to lift all limitations from your being, these have been
placed by yourself and by influences that surround you.
You are an unlimited being in your true form; it is only yourselves that limits your own experiences and capabilities on this
planet. We also have to take into account that as we limit ourselves we also place limitations and barriers on the lives of
others. You may not even realise that you are doing this, but I am sure you can see the examples in your own life where
others have stopped you from moving forward or have not supported you and because of this you may have given your
power to them believing in their limited views of life and your life.
We wish to begin to free you from these limitations.
Sit quietly and relax your body. Take a deep breath and call on the Angels of Unlimited Thinking and Unlimited Living to
draw close. Feel their energy surround you and allow all boundaries in your life to relax. Feel as though you are free, all
that surrounds is energy and allow your worries to float away, even your life as it is now, allow it to float away. You are a
being suspended in energy and colours. Once you have let go of the life that you are living now, all the material objects,
situations and experiences, know that they are not lost, as soon as you open your eyes all will be there.
The being that you are now no longer has a life on earth and is just freely floating in energy. I ask you to release the part of
your being that limits you and stops you moving forward, allow it to fly away as the others have. What colours surround
you as you float so freely in energy? These colours will symbolise freedom to your soul from now on.
Enjoy floating free from cares, free from restrictions. In this space everything is possible and I ask you to explore this
feeling. Explore and visualise how easy it would be to follow your dreams and true purpose if you have this freedom when
on Earth. Energise and feel the power of unlimited thinking and allow yourself to move forward.

learning created by the Creator who has provided many teaches and guides to guide us along our paths.
As I watch and guide souls who are living on earth now, I realise how the life that I lived allowed my connection with the
Creator to flow easily because of the peace and harmony that filled my life. Beings that are incarnate on earth now have
many barriers to overcome because of the limitations that have been placed on them from the lives of other generations.
This makes it harder for them to find the connection with the Creator in the first place. The limitations come from fear of
being alone in the world and have created beliefs that god doesn’t exist, that help is not given and that love or hope
doesn’t surround them. This causes a barrier where people block out divine love without knowing it. I have also become
aware that people take on the beliefs, images and views of the Creator and how he reacts from other beings instead of
finding their own views, opinions and feelings.
To sit quietly and explore the energies that surround us is the beginning of discarding these limitations and moving
forward in your spiritual growth. You must find your own path in life that incorporates your true purpose and allows you to
grow connected to your divine soul.
We each have a heavenly path and I as others have realised that there are other ways to devote our lives to the Creator.
But I ask you is there a need to devote or praise the Creator and his helpers? Should we not work together as equals to
help our own spiritual growth and the growth of others? We are all made of the love of the Creator. By praising we are
saying that we are not worthy of this life and the Creator’s love. You are a part, essence and thought of the Creator.
Instead send your thanks to the spirit world that you are aware of their existence and that you know that you are an
amazing light being who walks alongside the Creator. You are companions and friends.
Through my experiences on Earth I have solved many lessons that humans must learn in their lives. I am now working
closely with humans as a guide or a guardian angel to help and support beings in their spiritual journeys.
I hope my story has enlightened your lives and helped to gain a greater understanding of life.

A message from Monk Shung He
My friends, I gather you hear to day, to emphasise the importance of your life and experiences on Earth.
All aspects of your life are important to your soul, to your guides and the divine Creator. It was you who chose and he who
allowed you to make this special journey to this particular planet so that you can be apart of the earth’s experiences. You
must always remember that you are on a special journey, adventure or quest and will be until you depart.
Every beings life is special and important. The Earth and its beings need you on this planet at this time, this I am sure of
otherwise you would not be here. Please don’t waste a moment of your life for time is travelling quickly and your quests
for enlightenment need to be discovered and experienced. Many planets before have failed to achieve enlightenment on
a physical, emotional and spiritual level in such a short time scale.
There are many beings offering support and guidance to its warriors. I tell you this because I wish you to enjoy the
experiences that you have throughout each day and know that your life is not a waste or pointless. This is a very common
statement, why am I here? This is for only you to find out and you will achieve the answer to your question by the
experiences and lessons you learn in your life.
For me I found my mission, my purpose in life by meditation. In my life I was a Buddhist Monk, my life was placed on earth
to radiate, balance, support and security to all those I met, worked with and to many I didn’t meet on the physical plane.
My physical life was simple but important for the health of mankind and the growth of my soul.
Many people’s purposes change throughout their life on Earth so they achieve many enlightening experiences. To have
joy in your life, heart and soul is one of the most enlightening experiences for you and all around you.
All experiences on Earth are positive, for we grow stronger and uncover a deeper part of our soul. I encourage you to
think of everything in your life as an experience and enjoy your quest on this planet Earth. There are many who wish to be
in your shoes.

A Visualisation from A Spiritual Teacher
My Blessed Ones,
Today we wish to present you with a meditation. A meditation to lift all limitations from your being, these have been
placed by yourself and by influences that surround you.
You are an unlimited being in your true form; it is only yourselves that limits your own experiences and capabilities on this
planet. We also have to take into account that as we limit ourselves we also place limitations and barriers on the lives of
others. You may not even realise that you are doing this, but I am sure you can see the examples in your own life where
others have stopped you from moving forward or have not supported you and because of this you may have given your
power to them believing in their limited views of life and your life.
We wish to begin to free you from these limitations.
Sit quietly and relax your body. Take a deep breath and call on the Angels of Unlimited Thinking and Unlimited Living to
draw close. Feel their energy surround you and allow all boundaries in your life to relax. Feel as though you are free, all
that surrounds is energy and allow your worries to float away, even your life as it is now, allow it to float away. You are a
being suspended in energy and colours. Once you have let go of the life that you are living now, all the material objects,
situations and experiences, know that they are not lost, as soon as you open your eyes all will be there.
The being that you are now no longer has a life on earth and is just freely floating in energy. I ask you to release the part of
your being that limits you and stops you moving forward, allow it to fly away as the others have. What colours surround
you as you float so freely in energy? These colours will symbolise freedom to your soul from now on.
Enjoy floating free from cares, free from restrictions. In this space everything is possible and I ask you to explore this
feeling. Explore and visualise how easy it would be to follow your dreams and true purpose if you have this freedom when
on Earth. Energise and feel the power of unlimited thinking and allow yourself to move forward.
When you are ready I wish you to absorb your chosen colour into your heart chakra and as you return to your life on earth
allow this energy to be a positive influence in your life.
