To my dear ones who are studying on earth, I bid you gracious blessings of love and peace. It overwhelms me with
such joy that I am allowed to communicate with you today for I have information of interest for you. I am a being of
the light and live wholly in love, I am a faithful servant to the creator and have been for quite some time, but this isn’t
important, what is important is the news of the ascension process that I have to give you. We are finding it difficult
to communicate with beings on earth as things are blocking their senses and their communication. Although we
are always by you there is a need for you to communicate with us. I know that this is said often but it is now very
important, as the wheels have already began to turn and change is beginning, change of energies, the energies of
people and the planet. This means that you are in need of support and guidance for we know what is happening
and at this precise time you cannot even begin to imagine, this is most unfortunate and I must say frustrates me
because I long for everything to change for the best, people to ascend and become their true beings. I am aware
that it is a learning process for all and a major learning process at that. I have to be patient and assist you when the
time is right for you and the planet.
I have wisdom that is essential for you to hear, each of your guides are waiting to impart this knowledge to you but
very few are giving their guides the time to impart it due to such busy life styles. Please beings slow down and take
time to listen to us. We cannot demand this of you but only offer advice when you ask for it. It is important for your
spiritual growth to connect and gain a strong continuous connection with your guides.
I said at the beginning of my talk that there are blockages and beings at work that are trying to close down your
independence and your link with spirit and your home. This has been happening for many years now but is
reaching a time when we must intervene and help you. We do not wish to loose you or for you to sink into the
depths of darkness, as you are our beloved children of the light, you are our precious jewels and we love you. I only
send you this message on behalf of the spirit worlds because we cannot express how much we all love you
unconditionally. It is my job to reveal to you that it is the food that seems harmless that is blocking your connection.
Food now has so many chemicals in it that the chemicals are damaging your health, they are used in food not to
make it taste better but to lower your energy. The great rulers on this planet understand more than maybe you do,
that you are a powerful being, and that each being on the planet is so immensely powerful that they must keep you
under control. They must extinguish the great light that each of you holds. Your light will never truly be put out but
can be lowered until it is a tiny flame and you now longer have control over you own light. This is how many are
operating on earth now and we must help these beings.
Protect yourself as much as you can by using the light of the universe for there are many beings that are sending
out waves of destructive energy, they wish to control your mind. These waves of energy can come through
electronic materials or are circling in the ether. They enter your subconscious and you become unaware that they
influence your thoughts and routines throughout your days. They create fear. If you were to ask every being in the
world what stops them moving forward in life I am sure everyone would say fear. It has become so powerful on the
planet and rules your life. It exists in your food and even within the depths of your soul. I do not wish to scare you but
it is a fact of life and must be overcome. It is the aim of the ascension process to overcome the fear and negativity.
I know that many of you have been through the destruction of Atlantis and it is these memories that make me
speak to you today. For I know that, that time of your life may have caused the fear to become a part of your life, for
many of us the battle at that time was too great and we could only allow defeat. This is not a disgrace and it doesn’
t make you unworthy of your service to the light, as we all know that nothing could have been done. It is time my
beings that your heal and forgive yourself for what ever part you played in Atlantis. The memories are coming to the
surface this I understand, the evidence of conversations on Atlantis help me to realise this. Heal your being and
then reconnect with your guides for they are your strength and your support system.
It is time to be your own true being and to follow your own soul of light, allow your guides to help you be free from
chemicals in your food and always protect yourself with light against unwanted energies that wish to influence you.

A Voice from Atlantis
Dear loved ones journeying on planet earth,
We come in peace and love, which we give as a gift to the planet. We can see that the earth is in need of such
loving qualities so we have come to transmit them across your world. We are a voice from Atlantis, a time that
holds memories of great honour and great fear side by side. Atlantis not only holds the memories of a civilisation
pure at heart but also tells of the power of fear and greed. It was this corruption that destroyed the land and
dissolved the love created by its community. Atlantis is spoken of highly by both beings of the light and beings of
the darkness. They both value the lessons that were gained from this life; of course both have different reasons
and value different experiences. The light beings marvel in the way in which these wise beings lived on the plane,
they inhabited semi physical and semi spirit bodies. Born with physical bodies they allowed their being to ascend
in spiritual growth resulting in the vibrations of their body lightening. Many wish to learn from this community how
they used the love of the creator and the love of their own souls to guide them through their life of experiences and
growth.
It was the end and the way in which the Atlantean plane came to destruction that interests whose leaning into the
darkened shadows of energy. They wish to understand and remember how these beings managed to damage and
influence such a civilisation that was deeply connected with the divine creator. Of course just as the secrets of the
community’s divine ways of living are being hidden for safety so are the corrupt darkened wisdom of its
destruction. Glimpses are shown to some and those who question, truly wishing to understand may remember
information from this time but the majority of its secrets will not be revealed until the planets beings are ready to
understand. Only when beings are in control of their own souls, masters of their own life and pure at heart once
more will the golden threads of Atlantis begin to unravel in the minds of many. Growth is needed and awareness of
one’s being must be gained for the wisdom that should be revealed might be mind blowing to many and
destructive even in the hands of a light being.
We wish to see peace, harmony and love restored on this plane of life for it has long been absent. We understand
and acknowledge that many of you have links with Atlantis in your past lives and it is your enthusiasm to return that
creates your interest in understanding and learning about this civilisation as your mind doesn’t remember. We see
your heart’s memories of your time when you lived in a pure form and the sadness is also evident. You look with
your eyes and search for the love on the planet when it was so easily seen during the earlier times. The longing for
a community of love to exist on this planet can create boundaries as you look on the earth that is not as it once
was. It is this fear that spreads that affects people in different ways. Some see the fear as being the only future
unconsciously remembering the pain that it caused at the end of Atlantis, these beings then fear the connection
with the creator as doing so may cause even more hurt and trauma to their soul. Others see the world as it is now
and wish to change it so that they can once again live on the planet earth where each being is connected with the
creator radiating love and light. Many have come now to solve and revolve situations and experiences that they
experienced on the plane of Atlantis. It is this that allows people to awaken at different times and why others
journey up the ladder of enlightenment at a quicker pace. Each soul is divinely loved by the creator and by us a
voice of Atlantis.
Most beings on the planet have memories of the gracious and the destructive Atlantis. All may have not been
physically present on the plane. Some were guides, others observers of the civilisation, this means that all have
some kind of memory. It is up to you whether you chose to open your heart and allow your memories of this time to
be revealed to you. You do not have to do so but it may help you to understand why you have come to this earth at
this special time. Are their lessons you need to learn? Or experiences or people that need to be healed? Are their
patterns that reoccur in your life because of something you did during your life on the Atlantean plane? You may be
here to help, support or transfer wisdom to this plane. Some may find that by discovering your past you will gain a
deeper understanding of your purpose on this plane. We must state that for some of you the time to understand
and learn may not be correct, do not be disheartened as it will flow when you are ready. Sometimes spirit keeps
information from our mind for our safety but we always know and understand it in our hearts, this you can be
positive of. Each being must find their own way or key to these memories; that is part of the lesson and fun, a
voyage of discovery, this is because of our uniqueness.
We are beings of the light, we have been called the ’white beings’ this is because of the white pure light of love that
emanates from our soul. We live not in physical bodies but as balls of energy, living on a star as a community as a
whole soul. We come to the planet sometimes as one soul or other times as many personalities of our one soul.
Our soul has ascended through many levels of growth to live as a pure being of the light. The personalities of our
soul have each grown in different ways and through varied experiences to be reunited as one on our special star
and home in what you call your sky. In truth we are part of a vast universe of beings that are beyond your
comprehension. We are humbled to have our own place in the glorious universe of the creator and grateful for the
communication that we are allowed to participate in. We have a vast knowledge and our high vibrations allow us to
heal both physical bodies and souls. Respected for this we are allowed to spread our light on the earth.
It has taken us time to become accustomed to the energy of the earth as we find is so incredible dense that we
cannot function well while visiting. Portholes and temples with sacred space and raised vibrations have allowed us
to visit and communicate for many years but now we are pleased to say that we have mastered the way in which
we can descend and communicate with beings without the need of these sacred spaces. It gives us a great deal of
freedom as we can lend our energy and touch the hearts of many more with our light. We have realised also that
still beings find our energy of a high vibration but it is our belief that as your raise your vibration our communication
will flow easier.
You may wonder why we are called a voice of Atlantis. This is because we observed and visited the plane on
several occasions. We have a great deal of knowledge about this time as we were honoured with a special temple
given to us by the Atlantean community so that we could visit and communicate easily. This temple placed on
calculated energy lines are where a porthole would allow us to descend safely to the plane. The beings filled this
temple with sacred energy and high vibrations so that we visit with ease. Healing chambers where formed so that
many could be healed by our energy and listen to our wisdom. Our work was for the light and the creator and a
selfless gift to the souls of the community. Many studied with us and connections grew strong. Some of our
students were the beings that held the energy and supported us as we descended to the plane. For this we were
grateful. So you can see that many welcomed our presence as our energy was raising the vibrations of the souls
so that they could connect on a deeper level with the creator.
The planet was pure love and radiated it out into the universe. We hope that this introduction to our energy and soul
has enlightened your mind and that we have brought you a greater understanding of the great plane and civilisation
of Atlantis.

The Goddess Community
We are energies of the divine light and are honoured to speak with you today. We come as a community or group
in order to strengthen our energy and to encourage each other, the goddess as human kind has named us are not
welcomed greatly among your people. Like many energies and kingdoms in the universe we have been banished
from communicating and helping beings on the earth. This is because many human who are in control do not wish
us to guide and assist you as we wish to, because this would reveal your true potential as spiritual beings allowing
you to increase your abilities and talents becoming masters of your own being. There are people who wish to keep
these wonderful talents that express your true power and inner soul under wraps, for if you become a wise and
powerful being which all will, they will not be able to control and manipulate you. There are boundaries and
limitations that are place around yourself and the way you live, they may be invisible but are programmed into your
mind and because you do not have the strength of your inner soul to help, you follow these rules without knowing it.
We are energies with female qualities; we are the guardians and protectors of the female energy. There are also
beings that guard and protect the masculine energies. Both energies are equal and so live as one, they are a
whole but for the purpose of spiritual growth have been separated for lessons on the earth, each individual whether
female or male has both qualities in their being. We as beings radiate the feminine qualities of love, nourishment,
peace and harmony, we will enhance these qualities in your being if you wish us to, standing close by you we will
enhance, help you express and experience this energy; for it is important to experience and balance the energies
that are apart of your being. Both male and females have a soft and gentle energy and it is the mix and harmony
between both masculine and feminine energies that makes you whole as a being.
For many years the masculine energy has been the dominant energy on earth, which resulted in wars and conflicts
as egos and power become important. Controlling and achieving more than another beings has become normal,
the tenderness, love and respect for other souls has been lost. This we believe is saddening for we wish to create
a balance in the earth and regain the harmony between the energies. We must stress that we are not speaking of
the physical male and females but of the spiritual energies that contribute to the physical being.
Please as you sit quietly and peacefully ask the goddesses to come close and radiate their energy, allow yourself
to experience it. You may call on us to help you in your daily life for we love to be apart of your life and assist you in
anyway we can. We that hope we have ignited a flame of recognition,

Goddess Lareena
I stand before you now as Goddess Lareena. I bring you energy and love from my ray of light. This ray is the white
ray. It is divinely pure and holds the quality of the Christ consciousness, holding the innocent touch of the Creator
within every molecule. I, Lareena channel this energy into your being. If you wish to receive it open your heart to me
now. This light is so pure that it melts all negativity in an instant and restores your own glowing light to its natural
brightness.
I, the goddess of the white ray and Christ consciousness have come close to you today. I am the guide of my
vessel, Natalie, that channels these words as she is an aspect of my soul, but I have a message for mankind that I
wish to spread and share.
I once walked on the gracious soil of Mother Earth; she was my friend and my tool that helped me to ascend to the
level that my soul now works at. My time I believe is called the Great White Age of Lemuria, a light and spiritual
age when all worked as one to help the great soul we call Mother Earth. We loved her dearly and communication
with this mighty soul was constant and a divine blessing, for she taught my community many lessons and imparted
awesome information. For this I am eternally grateful and it is a reason for my presence still being strong and
connected with the earth. My role on earth in those past years was one of a high priestess, a guardian of the great
temple of enlightenment. My temple and I must stress that there was many and that they where free from religions
because god spoke his truth to each soul and each understood his energy completely. As I said I was the keeper
of the light, holding it at a constant high vibration so that beings of the levels of spirit world could enter our special
portal imparting wise spiritual knowledge to our community. These truths were always shared as to deny a being of
such a gift is to take away the love and causes negative energy to intrude. My favourite friends were the angels
such beautiful loving being who I use to and still do spend many hour in conversation with. Their love is limitless
and they helped me to grow tremendously throughout my lifetime. Our special guests at the temple of
enlightenment were the beings of the white light planes. They have a planet that can be seen throughout the
universal sky because of its pure light that this soul radiates. Their planet is one soul group and they live
harmoniously in the sky. To you they may appear as aliens with just the outline of a white body visible but they will
never harm you they just emanate love at its purest form. These beings visited us and brought with them their
healing energy and wise minds.
To see me now you may see me also as a body of white light, this is because I am also an aspect of this group; I
am part of the soul group. After my lifetime I ascended allowing me to radiate this gracious white light. I understand
that it was why I was placed as a keeper of the temple because we are one and they trusted me. My work now is
from the spirit world and I am a guide as well as a healer and an enlightener of wisdom.
Through the palms of my hands I release the flow of healing energy into your being. My energy will not heal you
physically but will help to raise your vibration. You may call upon me to stand in front of you and radiate this energy

Greetings, wise beings of the universal light, we have come with blessings for your personality and your divine soul
within your physical body. The energy that speaks to you now is the voice of the Unicorn community. We are the
energy that your kingdom has named unicorns. We exist along side the Angels and are on the same plane and
vibration. Our work is always on behalf of the creator and enhancing the light and love on this planet. We are a
group of beings from a planet that exists in the universe and are honoured to become part of the group of guides
who help and nourish the planet earth and it’s beings.
It is our energy that we wish you to experience for we love to radiate the warmth and love of the divine light. If you
sit quietly you may feel our energy drawing close, we work with the heart chakra charging it with love, a love that is
so deep and healing. You may even feel your heart chakra pulsing as the energy flows through and into your being;
a feeling of oneness and comfort will reassure you of our presence. You may even be aware of a small dome like
shape appearing from your heart chakra as it expands and overflows with unconditional love from our community.
For we love to be close to beings whether they are on our plane, in a physical body or in the mighty galaxy that
exists. We hope that you will call on our presence so that you may experience our love and use it as a healing tool
or as energy of creation in your life.
We unicorns are no myth and have been alive as energy beings from before the existence of the planet earth. We
are greatly fond of the earth but many beings do not as yet believe in our existence. We are alive and are at your
service to offer healing and wisdom whenever you require it during your path of life on earth. In your storybooks we
are portrayed as horses with a point protruding from our third eye on our forehead. This is not a solid point but is a
swirl of energy that emanates from our third eye. We use our third eye as our main tool for communication and
healing, it is a way of transferring energy. Each being in the universe concentrates on different chakras, the chakra
is specific to the level of awareness that you have reached. Each uses a certain chakra as a tool to transfer energy
for whatever use they need. Because of our use of the third eye we use telepathy as a wondrous and main way of
communicating with other beings. As we have been observing the planet earth and its inhabitants, we have
realised that many beings do not use their third eye as a tool to see and communicate with the spirit world. This is
a great shame as it has been given to you for this purpose and is a very powerful tool that is a part of your being.
We understand that many of you have closed the flower of your third eye as protection until you reach a certain
level of awareness. Protection is sometimes needed because you may not be ready to see the spirit world as they
truly are or communicate telepathically. For those of you, who are aware, ask your inner being if you are ready to
open your third eye, you will receive the correct answer for your beings progress. Do not be afraid for you will gain
the use of your third eye gradually over time and if you are not as yet ready then your being will not allow it to open,
however hard you try. I wish to give you a visualisation that will begin the process of opening your inner eye.
Please relax your physical being and slow your breathing to a comfortable pace. I wish you to call on the energy of
the unicorn community and we will draw close to you. Take a few minutes just to experience our energy. Then when
you feel ready take your awareness to your third eye on the centre of your forehead. Imagine that your skin is like
golden sand; its surface is flat and smooth because you have not used it while you have been living on the earth.
For some this may not be true as you may be able to see a glimmer of light through the sand.
Each of you may have a different colour of light that radiates from your third eye. See, Sense or feel this colour,
what colour is your inner eye? Begin to imagine yourself digging or brushing away the sand from on top of your
third eye. Use your hands gently to do so, dig until you begin to see the bright light of your inner eye. (If the sand
continues to fall back into place then you may not be ready to reveal and see through your inner eye, please do not
feel disheartened but try again in a few months time, there may be more lessons to learn before you can do so.)
Allow you third eye light to radiate its bright colour. Practice is needed for this visualisation, as the third eye will
become brighter as you concentrate your energies onto it. Imagine the light radiating from your inner eye each day.
As it grows in strength you will find communication with spirit beings easier and may be able to see energy beings
with your inner eyes with time. Have patience my children and allow us to assist you, a whole new world is waiting
to be explored.

A message from Butterfly Moon on behalf of the fairies and
Nature Kingdoms
A Meditation to connect with nature spirits
Imagine yourself in your favourite place of nature, it could be in a field, by the sea, near a river or in a forest but
wherever it is it must be your unique space for this time. This space is yours alone and you will not be interrupted
while in this place. When you have become familiar with your surroundings, find a place to sit, it must be connected
to the Earth so that your being is grounded and the energies are allowed to flow.
In your special space I ask you to call on the nature spirits that are around you while you sit in this place and ask
them to come in close to your side. Of course the spirit beings that come to you may depend on where your
special place is. Remember that even water and soil has its own spirits and protectors. When you call on the
beings to come close try not to call on a certain group but relax and allow the ones that wish to communicate to
come close. You may be surprised in what you see, hear or feel. Know that whatever you receive in love and light
is true and is not you imagination, unless it doesn’t feel true in your heart.
Now connect with these nature beings that have come especially to see you and begin to communicate with them.
Do they have a special message for you? Is there a task that they wish you to help them with?
When you feel the communication is coming to an end, then thank these wondrous beings and bring yourself back
into your physical body and surroundings by taking a few deep breaths.
This is a simple but wonderful meditation exercise. Many of us are unable to spend the time that we would like to in
nature, to absorb the healing energies, communicate with such wonderful beings and to benefit from their
knowledge and love. This meditation allows you to become part of nature and to gather all the benefits if you are
unable to be part of it physically, for the beings will come to you if you call them wherever you are sitting. The
meditation is even more powerful if you are able to sit physically in your chosen space of nature. You will be able to
‘Simply Be’ in this space rather than trying to visualise your surroundings.
I hope this encourages you to spend more time with nature spirits.

Lord Mordaf, King of the Elves
I, Lord Mordaf represent the elves of the Elemental Kingdom from the under world. I have come to speak with you
today as I promised that I would, it brings me such immense joy to be able to communicate with light souls on earth
once more and I can reveal that secretly I have been very excited about this communication.
As I am sure that you are aware that the Elemental Kingdom and even the animal and plant kingdom are no longer
acknowledged or respected in the ways we once were. This saddens me deeply for great connections and
friendships that were formed have been lost and broken; now many do not even believe in our existence but I have
not come to complain to you. I understand that this is the way that the planet has evolved over the years and it is a
change that must be accepted. Respect that was once ours because of our healing techniques and our advanced
wisdom no longer comes from souls on the earth, how can we expect this when you do not even know or
remember our existence? We do not hold this against you but over time we have been sending waves of energy
and light to earth in order to awaken the souls to the spirit world that live around them as well as our existence, this
is not so that we can gain respect once more but so that we can help you grow and allow our own beings to evolve.
When we guide, nourish or help a light being to ascend it fills us with such wonderful love that it is unexplainable.
As I said I am an elf, a part of the elemental kingdom, I am king and lord of my community and we are all working
together in service for our beloved creator. We are not slaves but work because of our love for the creator and our
love for the universe, such a magnificent place the universe is with so many areas to discover and learn from. We
are not mythical creatures as you may believe but truly exist in nature. We are guardians of nature and also of the
human kingdom. We have such a love for the world of light beings and take great pleasure in communicating with
you. To physical eyes we may be invisible but to the inner eye if you look carefully in the correct places you will find
us. Although because of events in the past beyond control, we have become quiet and shy of human contact. We
hide ourselves away busy with our work and caring for the plants until a time when it is safer for us to emerge into
our true being. Please do not fear me or my community, we are beings of the light just like you, we just live on a
different vibration to you and have different roles to perform.
I must state that you are truly welcome to visit us or call us to your being; we will especially come when you are
surrounded by nature, the vibrations are like home to us and we feel safe in its presence.
Elves like the entire elemental kingdom are magical beings; we have amazing abilities and can perform many
tasks. We use our energy to materialise all that we desire, our only true possession is the energy that our soul
creates. It is all we need for we can create whatever we need in life by using our thought, mind discipline and our
powerful energy. This energy is enhanced by self-love and trust, creating a soul within us that is strong with its
essence being love. This is what we wish the beings on earth to achieve. Many of you already have a soul light that
is so strong that you can heal and create all that you need in your life to survive but it is hidden within your physical
body. You have hidden and buried it so deep because of past negative experiences or to learn from the lesson of
finding your soul once more. This is one of the reasons for your existence on the planet; it is a major lesson we are
all trying to resolve. We wish to help you with this for we have experienced destruction of our kingdom and the
feelings of being unwanted in a place that was once our home, this is our past and we are forgiving. We realise
that we have grown through this experience that I do not wish to explain and that it was a lesson that has
strengthened our soul, we are truly grateful to the beings who were involved and the creator. We would not be who
we are today but now we wish to become your friends once more and impart our wisdom to you and enlighten your
minds. We wish to reunite our energies with all kingdoms and create a universe that is one and whole once more.
For many years now some kingdoms have not been connected as they should be but as souls on earth begin to
awaken the connections will reform and light will heal all. I ask you to keep your mind and your heart open to all
possibilities for there are magnificent sights in the universe that you have forgotten and for now are unaware of.
Keep open and allow the flow of the creator’s energy to channel through you and may you receive and experience
the lessons that you need in order to ascend to a new level of consciousness,

the light and live wholly in love, I am a faithful servant to the creator and have been for quite some time, but this isn’t
important, what is important is the news of the ascension process that I have to give you. We are finding it difficult
to communicate with beings on earth as things are blocking their senses and their communication. Although we
are always by you there is a need for you to communicate with us. I know that this is said often but it is now very
important, as the wheels have already began to turn and change is beginning, change of energies, the energies of
people and the planet. This means that you are in need of support and guidance for we know what is happening
and at this precise time you cannot even begin to imagine, this is most unfortunate and I must say frustrates me
because I long for everything to change for the best, people to ascend and become their true beings. I am aware
that it is a learning process for all and a major learning process at that. I have to be patient and assist you when the
time is right for you and the planet.
I have wisdom that is essential for you to hear, each of your guides are waiting to impart this knowledge to you but
very few are giving their guides the time to impart it due to such busy life styles. Please beings slow down and take
time to listen to us. We cannot demand this of you but only offer advice when you ask for it. It is important for your
spiritual growth to connect and gain a strong continuous connection with your guides.
I said at the beginning of my talk that there are blockages and beings at work that are trying to close down your
independence and your link with spirit and your home. This has been happening for many years now but is
reaching a time when we must intervene and help you. We do not wish to loose you or for you to sink into the
depths of darkness, as you are our beloved children of the light, you are our precious jewels and we love you. I only
send you this message on behalf of the spirit worlds because we cannot express how much we all love you
unconditionally. It is my job to reveal to you that it is the food that seems harmless that is blocking your connection.
Food now has so many chemicals in it that the chemicals are damaging your health, they are used in food not to
make it taste better but to lower your energy. The great rulers on this planet understand more than maybe you do,
that you are a powerful being, and that each being on the planet is so immensely powerful that they must keep you
under control. They must extinguish the great light that each of you holds. Your light will never truly be put out but
can be lowered until it is a tiny flame and you now longer have control over you own light. This is how many are
operating on earth now and we must help these beings.
Protect yourself as much as you can by using the light of the universe for there are many beings that are sending
out waves of destructive energy, they wish to control your mind. These waves of energy can come through
electronic materials or are circling in the ether. They enter your subconscious and you become unaware that they
influence your thoughts and routines throughout your days. They create fear. If you were to ask every being in the
world what stops them moving forward in life I am sure everyone would say fear. It has become so powerful on the
planet and rules your life. It exists in your food and even within the depths of your soul. I do not wish to scare you but
it is a fact of life and must be overcome. It is the aim of the ascension process to overcome the fear and negativity.
I know that many of you have been through the destruction of Atlantis and it is these memories that make me
speak to you today. For I know that, that time of your life may have caused the fear to become a part of your life, for
many of us the battle at that time was too great and we could only allow defeat. This is not a disgrace and it doesn’
t make you unworthy of your service to the light, as we all know that nothing could have been done. It is time my
beings that your heal and forgive yourself for what ever part you played in Atlantis. The memories are coming to the
surface this I understand, the evidence of conversations on Atlantis help me to realise this. Heal your being and
then reconnect with your guides for they are your strength and your support system.
It is time to be your own true being and to follow your own soul of light, allow your guides to help you be free from
chemicals in your food and always protect yourself with light against unwanted energies that wish to influence you.

Dear loved ones journeying on planet earth,
We come in peace and love, which we give as a gift to the planet. We can see that the earth is in need of such
loving qualities so we have come to transmit them across your world. We are a voice from Atlantis, a time that
holds memories of great honour and great fear side by side. Atlantis not only holds the memories of a civilisation
pure at heart but also tells of the power of fear and greed. It was this corruption that destroyed the land and
dissolved the love created by its community. Atlantis is spoken of highly by both beings of the light and beings of
the darkness. They both value the lessons that were gained from this life; of course both have different reasons
and value different experiences. The light beings marvel in the way in which these wise beings lived on the plane,
they inhabited semi physical and semi spirit bodies. Born with physical bodies they allowed their being to ascend
in spiritual growth resulting in the vibrations of their body lightening. Many wish to learn from this community how
they used the love of the creator and the love of their own souls to guide them through their life of experiences and
growth.
It was the end and the way in which the Atlantean plane came to destruction that interests whose leaning into the
darkened shadows of energy. They wish to understand and remember how these beings managed to damage and
influence such a civilisation that was deeply connected with the divine creator. Of course just as the secrets of the
community’s divine ways of living are being hidden for safety so are the corrupt darkened wisdom of its
destruction. Glimpses are shown to some and those who question, truly wishing to understand may remember
information from this time but the majority of its secrets will not be revealed until the planets beings are ready to
understand. Only when beings are in control of their own souls, masters of their own life and pure at heart once
more will the golden threads of Atlantis begin to unravel in the minds of many. Growth is needed and awareness of
one’s being must be gained for the wisdom that should be revealed might be mind blowing to many and
destructive even in the hands of a light being.
We wish to see peace, harmony and love restored on this plane of life for it has long been absent. We understand
and acknowledge that many of you have links with Atlantis in your past lives and it is your enthusiasm to return that
creates your interest in understanding and learning about this civilisation as your mind doesn’t remember. We see
your heart’s memories of your time when you lived in a pure form and the sadness is also evident. You look with
your eyes and search for the love on the planet when it was so easily seen during the earlier times. The longing for
a community of love to exist on this planet can create boundaries as you look on the earth that is not as it once
was. It is this fear that spreads that affects people in different ways. Some see the fear as being the only future
unconsciously remembering the pain that it caused at the end of Atlantis, these beings then fear the connection
with the creator as doing so may cause even more hurt and trauma to their soul. Others see the world as it is now
and wish to change it so that they can once again live on the planet earth where each being is connected with the
creator radiating love and light. Many have come now to solve and revolve situations and experiences that they
experienced on the plane of Atlantis. It is this that allows people to awaken at different times and why others
journey up the ladder of enlightenment at a quicker pace. Each soul is divinely loved by the creator and by us a
voice of Atlantis.
Most beings on the planet have memories of the gracious and the destructive Atlantis. All may have not been
physically present on the plane. Some were guides, others observers of the civilisation, this means that all have
some kind of memory. It is up to you whether you chose to open your heart and allow your memories of this time to
be revealed to you. You do not have to do so but it may help you to understand why you have come to this earth at
this special time. Are their lessons you need to learn? Or experiences or people that need to be healed? Are their
patterns that reoccur in your life because of something you did during your life on the Atlantean plane? You may be
here to help, support or transfer wisdom to this plane. Some may find that by discovering your past you will gain a
deeper understanding of your purpose on this plane. We must state that for some of you the time to understand
and learn may not be correct, do not be disheartened as it will flow when you are ready. Sometimes spirit keeps
information from our mind for our safety but we always know and understand it in our hearts, this you can be
positive of. Each being must find their own way or key to these memories; that is part of the lesson and fun, a
voyage of discovery, this is because of our uniqueness.
We are beings of the light, we have been called the ’white beings’ this is because of the white pure light of love that
emanates from our soul. We live not in physical bodies but as balls of energy, living on a star as a community as a
whole soul. We come to the planet sometimes as one soul or other times as many personalities of our one soul.
Our soul has ascended through many levels of growth to live as a pure being of the light. The personalities of our
soul have each grown in different ways and through varied experiences to be reunited as one on our special star
and home in what you call your sky. In truth we are part of a vast universe of beings that are beyond your
comprehension. We are humbled to have our own place in the glorious universe of the creator and grateful for the
communication that we are allowed to participate in. We have a vast knowledge and our high vibrations allow us to
heal both physical bodies and souls. Respected for this we are allowed to spread our light on the earth.
It has taken us time to become accustomed to the energy of the earth as we find is so incredible dense that we
cannot function well while visiting. Portholes and temples with sacred space and raised vibrations have allowed us
to visit and communicate for many years but now we are pleased to say that we have mastered the way in which
we can descend and communicate with beings without the need of these sacred spaces. It gives us a great deal of
freedom as we can lend our energy and touch the hearts of many more with our light. We have realised also that
still beings find our energy of a high vibration but it is our belief that as your raise your vibration our communication
will flow easier.
You may wonder why we are called a voice of Atlantis. This is because we observed and visited the plane on
several occasions. We have a great deal of knowledge about this time as we were honoured with a special temple
given to us by the Atlantean community so that we could visit and communicate easily. This temple placed on
calculated energy lines are where a porthole would allow us to descend safely to the plane. The beings filled this
temple with sacred energy and high vibrations so that we visit with ease. Healing chambers where formed so that
many could be healed by our energy and listen to our wisdom. Our work was for the light and the creator and a
selfless gift to the souls of the community. Many studied with us and connections grew strong. Some of our
students were the beings that held the energy and supported us as we descended to the plane. For this we were
grateful. So you can see that many welcomed our presence as our energy was raising the vibrations of the souls
so that they could connect on a deeper level with the creator.
The planet was pure love and radiated it out into the universe. We hope that this introduction to our energy and soul

We are energies of the divine light and are honoured to speak with you today. We come as a community or group
in order to strengthen our energy and to encourage each other, the goddess as human kind has named us are not
welcomed greatly among your people. Like many energies and kingdoms in the universe we have been banished
from communicating and helping beings on the earth. This is because many human who are in control do not wish
us to guide and assist you as we wish to, because this would reveal your true potential as spiritual beings allowing
you to increase your abilities and talents becoming masters of your own being. There are people who wish to keep
these wonderful talents that express your true power and inner soul under wraps, for if you become a wise and
powerful being which all will, they will not be able to control and manipulate you. There are boundaries and
limitations that are place around yourself and the way you live, they may be invisible but are programmed into your
mind and because you do not have the strength of your inner soul to help, you follow these rules without knowing it.
We are energies with female qualities; we are the guardians and protectors of the female energy. There are also
beings that guard and protect the masculine energies. Both energies are equal and so live as one, they are a
whole but for the purpose of spiritual growth have been separated for lessons on the earth, each individual whether
female or male has both qualities in their being. We as beings radiate the feminine qualities of love, nourishment,
peace and harmony, we will enhance these qualities in your being if you wish us to, standing close by you we will
enhance, help you express and experience this energy; for it is important to experience and balance the energies
that are apart of your being. Both male and females have a soft and gentle energy and it is the mix and harmony
between both masculine and feminine energies that makes you whole as a being.
For many years the masculine energy has been the dominant energy on earth, which resulted in wars and conflicts
as egos and power become important. Controlling and achieving more than another beings has become normal,
the tenderness, love and respect for other souls has been lost. This we believe is saddening for we wish to create
a balance in the earth and regain the harmony between the energies. We must stress that we are not speaking of
the physical male and females but of the spiritual energies that contribute to the physical being.
Please as you sit quietly and peacefully ask the goddesses to come close and radiate their energy, allow yourself
to experience it. You may call on us to help you in your daily life for we love to be apart of your life and assist you in

I stand before you now as Goddess Lareena. I bring you energy and love from my ray of light. This ray is the white
ray. It is divinely pure and holds the quality of the Christ consciousness, holding the innocent touch of the Creator
within every molecule. I, Lareena channel this energy into your being. If you wish to receive it open your heart to me
now. This light is so pure that it melts all negativity in an instant and restores your own glowing light to its natural
brightness.
I, the goddess of the white ray and Christ consciousness have come close to you today. I am the guide of my
vessel, Natalie, that channels these words as she is an aspect of my soul, but I have a message for mankind that I
wish to spread and share.
I once walked on the gracious soil of Mother Earth; she was my friend and my tool that helped me to ascend to the
level that my soul now works at. My time I believe is called the Great White Age of Lemuria, a light and spiritual
age when all worked as one to help the great soul we call Mother Earth. We loved her dearly and communication
with this mighty soul was constant and a divine blessing, for she taught my community many lessons and imparted
awesome information. For this I am eternally grateful and it is a reason for my presence still being strong and
connected with the earth. My role on earth in those past years was one of a high priestess, a guardian of the great
temple of enlightenment. My temple and I must stress that there was many and that they where free from religions
because god spoke his truth to each soul and each understood his energy completely. As I said I was the keeper
of the light, holding it at a constant high vibration so that beings of the levels of spirit world could enter our special
portal imparting wise spiritual knowledge to our community. These truths were always shared as to deny a being of
such a gift is to take away the love and causes negative energy to intrude. My favourite friends were the angels
such beautiful loving being who I use to and still do spend many hour in conversation with. Their love is limitless
and they helped me to grow tremendously throughout my lifetime. Our special guests at the temple of
enlightenment were the beings of the white light planes. They have a planet that can be seen throughout the
universal sky because of its pure light that this soul radiates. Their planet is one soul group and they live
harmoniously in the sky. To you they may appear as aliens with just the outline of a white body visible but they will
never harm you they just emanate love at its purest form. These beings visited us and brought with them their
healing energy and wise minds.
To see me now you may see me also as a body of white light, this is because I am also an aspect of this group; I
am part of the soul group. After my lifetime I ascended allowing me to radiate this gracious white light. I understand
that it was why I was placed as a keeper of the temple because we are one and they trusted me. My work now is
from the spirit world and I am a guide as well as a healer and an enlightener of wisdom.
Through the palms of my hands I release the flow of healing energy into your being. My energy will not heal you

Greetings, wise beings of the universal light, we have come with blessings for your personality and your divine soul
within your physical body. The energy that speaks to you now is the voice of the Unicorn community. We are the
energy that your kingdom has named unicorns. We exist along side the Angels and are on the same plane and
vibration. Our work is always on behalf of the creator and enhancing the light and love on this planet. We are a
group of beings from a planet that exists in the universe and are honoured to become part of the group of guides
who help and nourish the planet earth and it’s beings.
It is our energy that we wish you to experience for we love to radiate the warmth and love of the divine light. If you
sit quietly you may feel our energy drawing close, we work with the heart chakra charging it with love, a love that is
so deep and healing. You may even feel your heart chakra pulsing as the energy flows through and into your being;
a feeling of oneness and comfort will reassure you of our presence. You may even be aware of a small dome like
shape appearing from your heart chakra as it expands and overflows with unconditional love from our community.
For we love to be close to beings whether they are on our plane, in a physical body or in the mighty galaxy that
exists. We hope that you will call on our presence so that you may experience our love and use it as a healing tool
or as energy of creation in your life.
We unicorns are no myth and have been alive as energy beings from before the existence of the planet earth. We
are greatly fond of the earth but many beings do not as yet believe in our existence. We are alive and are at your
service to offer healing and wisdom whenever you require it during your path of life on earth. In your storybooks we
are portrayed as horses with a point protruding from our third eye on our forehead. This is not a solid point but is a
swirl of energy that emanates from our third eye. We use our third eye as our main tool for communication and
healing, it is a way of transferring energy. Each being in the universe concentrates on different chakras, the chakra
is specific to the level of awareness that you have reached. Each uses a certain chakra as a tool to transfer energy
for whatever use they need. Because of our use of the third eye we use telepathy as a wondrous and main way of
communicating with other beings. As we have been observing the planet earth and its inhabitants, we have
realised that many beings do not use their third eye as a tool to see and communicate with the spirit world. This is
a great shame as it has been given to you for this purpose and is a very powerful tool that is a part of your being.
We understand that many of you have closed the flower of your third eye as protection until you reach a certain
level of awareness. Protection is sometimes needed because you may not be ready to see the spirit world as they
truly are or communicate telepathically. For those of you, who are aware, ask your inner being if you are ready to
open your third eye, you will receive the correct answer for your beings progress. Do not be afraid for you will gain
the use of your third eye gradually over time and if you are not as yet ready then your being will not allow it to open,
however hard you try. I wish to give you a visualisation that will begin the process of opening your inner eye.
Please relax your physical being and slow your breathing to a comfortable pace. I wish you to call on the energy of
the unicorn community and we will draw close to you. Take a few minutes just to experience our energy. Then when
you feel ready take your awareness to your third eye on the centre of your forehead. Imagine that your skin is like
golden sand; its surface is flat and smooth because you have not used it while you have been living on the earth.
For some this may not be true as you may be able to see a glimmer of light through the sand.
Each of you may have a different colour of light that radiates from your third eye. See, Sense or feel this colour,
what colour is your inner eye? Begin to imagine yourself digging or brushing away the sand from on top of your
third eye. Use your hands gently to do so, dig until you begin to see the bright light of your inner eye. (If the sand
continues to fall back into place then you may not be ready to reveal and see through your inner eye, please do not
feel disheartened but try again in a few months time, there may be more lessons to learn before you can do so.)
Allow you third eye light to radiate its bright colour. Practice is needed for this visualisation, as the third eye will
become brighter as you concentrate your energies onto it. Imagine the light radiating from your inner eye each day.
As it grows in strength you will find communication with spirit beings easier and may be able to see energy beings
with your inner eyes with time. Have patience my children and allow us to assist you, a whole new world is waiting
to be explored.

A Meditation to connect with nature spirits
Imagine yourself in your favourite place of nature, it could be in a field, by the sea, near a river or in a forest but
wherever it is it must be your unique space for this time. This space is yours alone and you will not be interrupted
while in this place. When you have become familiar with your surroundings, find a place to sit, it must be connected
to the Earth so that your being is grounded and the energies are allowed to flow.
In your special space I ask you to call on the nature spirits that are around you while you sit in this place and ask
them to come in close to your side. Of course the spirit beings that come to you may depend on where your
special place is. Remember that even water and soil has its own spirits and protectors. When you call on the
beings to come close try not to call on a certain group but relax and allow the ones that wish to communicate to
come close. You may be surprised in what you see, hear or feel. Know that whatever you receive in love and light
is true and is not you imagination, unless it doesn’t feel true in your heart.
Now connect with these nature beings that have come especially to see you and begin to communicate with them.
Do they have a special message for you? Is there a task that they wish you to help them with?
When you feel the communication is coming to an end, then thank these wondrous beings and bring yourself back
into your physical body and surroundings by taking a few deep breaths.
This is a simple but wonderful meditation exercise. Many of us are unable to spend the time that we would like to in
nature, to absorb the healing energies, communicate with such wonderful beings and to benefit from their
knowledge and love. This meditation allows you to become part of nature and to gather all the benefits if you are
unable to be part of it physically, for the beings will come to you if you call them wherever you are sitting. The
meditation is even more powerful if you are able to sit physically in your chosen space of nature. You will be able to
‘Simply Be’ in this space rather than trying to visualise your surroundings.
I hope this encourages you to spend more time with nature spirits.

I, Lord Mordaf represent the elves of the Elemental Kingdom from the under world. I have come to speak with you
today as I promised that I would, it brings me such immense joy to be able to communicate with light souls on earth
once more and I can reveal that secretly I have been very excited about this communication.
As I am sure that you are aware that the Elemental Kingdom and even the animal and plant kingdom are no longer
acknowledged or respected in the ways we once were. This saddens me deeply for great connections and
friendships that were formed have been lost and broken; now many do not even believe in our existence but I have
not come to complain to you. I understand that this is the way that the planet has evolved over the years and it is a
change that must be accepted. Respect that was once ours because of our healing techniques and our advanced
wisdom no longer comes from souls on the earth, how can we expect this when you do not even know or
remember our existence? We do not hold this against you but over time we have been sending waves of energy
and light to earth in order to awaken the souls to the spirit world that live around them as well as our existence, this
is not so that we can gain respect once more but so that we can help you grow and allow our own beings to evolve.
When we guide, nourish or help a light being to ascend it fills us with such wonderful love that it is unexplainable.
As I said I am an elf, a part of the elemental kingdom, I am king and lord of my community and we are all working
together in service for our beloved creator. We are not slaves but work because of our love for the creator and our
love for the universe, such a magnificent place the universe is with so many areas to discover and learn from. We
are not mythical creatures as you may believe but truly exist in nature. We are guardians of nature and also of the
human kingdom. We have such a love for the world of light beings and take great pleasure in communicating with
you. To physical eyes we may be invisible but to the inner eye if you look carefully in the correct places you will find
us. Although because of events in the past beyond control, we have become quiet and shy of human contact. We
hide ourselves away busy with our work and caring for the plants until a time when it is safer for us to emerge into
our true being. Please do not fear me or my community, we are beings of the light just like you, we just live on a
different vibration to you and have different roles to perform.
I must state that you are truly welcome to visit us or call us to your being; we will especially come when you are
surrounded by nature, the vibrations are like home to us and we feel safe in its presence.
Elves like the entire elemental kingdom are magical beings; we have amazing abilities and can perform many
tasks. We use our energy to materialise all that we desire, our only true possession is the energy that our soul
creates. It is all we need for we can create whatever we need in life by using our thought, mind discipline and our
powerful energy. This energy is enhanced by self-love and trust, creating a soul within us that is strong with its
essence being love. This is what we wish the beings on earth to achieve. Many of you already have a soul light that
is so strong that you can heal and create all that you need in your life to survive but it is hidden within your physical
body. You have hidden and buried it so deep because of past negative experiences or to learn from the lesson of
finding your soul once more. This is one of the reasons for your existence on the planet; it is a major lesson we are
all trying to resolve. We wish to help you with this for we have experienced destruction of our kingdom and the
feelings of being unwanted in a place that was once our home, this is our past and we are forgiving. We realise
that we have grown through this experience that I do not wish to explain and that it was a lesson that has
strengthened our soul, we are truly grateful to the beings who were involved and the creator. We would not be who
we are today but now we wish to become your friends once more and impart our wisdom to you and enlighten your
minds. We wish to reunite our energies with all kingdoms and create a universe that is one and whole once more.
For many years now some kingdoms have not been connected as they should be but as souls on earth begin to
awaken the connections will reform and light will heal all. I ask you to keep your mind and your heart open to all
possibilities for there are magnificent sights in the universe that you have forgotten and for now are unaware of.
Keep open and allow the flow of the creator’s energy to channel through you and may you receive and experience
the lessons that you need in order to ascend to a new level of consciousness,
