Message 28.
A message from White Eagle
Part one.
White Eagle am I, and I bring you greetings from the spirit realm. Love and healing are sent to you now and are
constantly yours, as the flow is never ending.
Love is the essence of this world and the world of spirit, for without love a soul cannot survive; it’s the essence of life
and the creator.
I ask you to fill your aura and your being with pink light. Imagine, sense or feel yourself filled with gorgeous pink light of
any shade you wish. Allow it to heal the present you, then send the light to your past so that it may be healed. It is
advisable to send the healing light to your past lives as well, see if you experience any images or feelings as you do
this. It may bring you insight into the many past lives that you have lead. Then proceed to send the light into the future
so that it heals the future you, be aware if you experience any visions or feeling associated with this.
I ask you to send the light to the past, present and future because they all exist at the same time. Healing the future is
sending love to yourself when you might be in need of support. This is a hard concept to understand, that, as we exist
now and in the future and the past. In the spirit world there is no such thing as time. You are such a large being that
this physical you only hold a part of your soul. There are other parts of your soul who are living in physical bodies
thousands of years in our past and many living thousands of years in our future. Each part of your soul is trying to
improve itself, overcome new challenges and learn new spiritual wisdom.
In past letters from Wisdom of the Light that have been sent to you, I understand that the concept of time only existing
on Earth was explained. This applies to the theory of your soul as a whole, living simultaneous in the past, present and
future.
The part of the soul that you are now (the person that you are aware of) is also living in two other different times (past
and future) because of the way that your minds are trained to operate on Earth. This needs to be changed in order to
spiritually grow.
I believe that most beings live in their past experiences which they use to rule their present life. They then project them
forward to manifest into the future without realising. You could say that they trip themselves up before they arrive, so
the past fears rule your present and future life.
It may be a good idea to sit and contemplate what experiences you are sending out to the future allowing yourself to
trip over them in a few years time. I ask you then to complete the meditation with the pink light to heal your past and
make a better future for yourself.
Positive thoughts make a positive life. We shall discuss this next week.

Part two.
POSITIVE THOUGHTS CREATE A POSITIVE LIFE.
Imagine yourself standing at the bottom of a mountain, at the top of this very steep and tall mountain is whatever your
heart desires, it can be a material object or a quality you wish to gain. Your desire is safe and has been labelled as
yours because you were the person who produces it from a thought into your reality, the energy and enthusiasm that
you gave to the thought made your desire appear into your life. This seems impossible, we would all be rich if we
could materialise objects from thin air, but we can! We have just forgotten about this ability that we have, since we
were born on the planet Earth. A thought is a powerful ball of energy. It floats out into the Universe and once you have
created a sufficient amount of thought balls then your wish will be granted and will materialise into your reality.
If you are standing at the bottom of a mountain wanting to reach your desires but have no physical tools or physical
people to help you what would you do?
Here is my story. Two men stand at the bottom of the mountain. Both have created their desires and know that the
only way to receive them is to get to the top of the mountain. The first man instantly believes that the task is
impossible; he allows the limitations of the mind to take control. He sees the danger and fear fills his heart. He walks
away allowing his negative attitude to win as there was no simple way of achieving his goal. The man leaves empty
handed with fear filling and breaking his heart.
The second man focuses on the reward that he will receive; he gains a positive outlook affirming that he is free from
limitations and that he has already achieved his goal of climbing the mountain. He pictures himself reaching the top,
healthy and receiving his desires. As he climbs the mountain he is positive of his protection and sends positive
thoughts of triumph out to the Universe. He climbs for many hours energised by his newfound positive attitude but the
night grows darker and colder and he stops. His energy has dropped into the depths of negativity and his goal seems
even further way than before. As dawn breaks the light touches his heart, he realises that he is not alone. The man
calls on the Angels, Fairies and the Spirit world for assistance, to give him energy to climb and regain his positive
state of mind. So the man continues with his goal in his heart, he is nearly half way up the mountain and the tiredness
of having to constantly energise his positive thoughts causes him to stop and allow a negative state of mind to regain
control. The man continues on his slow pattern of the darkness stopping his journey and filling his heart with fear and
then the light of each new day filling his heart with hope, faith and energy. After many days and nights he eventually
collapses with exhaustion only a short distance away from his reward. All night he lays on the mountain surface in a
deep meditative state. He battles with his conscience wondering whether he deserves to have his desires. He asks
himself after all this hard work does he really want his reward and would he have been a wiser man to walk away from
the mountain like the other man did?
As dawn breaks once again the light nourishes his heart and he realises that he is a deserving man and he has gain
a wealth of knowledge and faith in the Creators love, that his desire no longer has the same value as they did before
his journey began. The man detached from his desire and decides to climb to the top of the mountain to see the land
that is blessed by the love of the Creator. To his amazement he reaches the top with ease and speed. His heart is
filled with love and peace as he gazes on the land and at his feet is his reward waiting for him. He has become a wise
man through his experiences on his journey, becoming closer to the Creator and his helpers. He realised that it was
his positivity, energy and faith that allowed him to receive his many rewards and that help is always granted when you
ask for it.
So how will you begin your journey to receiving and achieving your desires and dreams?

A message from White Eagle
Dear wise beings that are now assembled on the planet earth, I greet you with my love and my blessings from the
spirit world and the creator.
I have come because I wish to make you aware that you are blessed now on earth with the fine weather of spring and
summer, for this you should be grateful and take the opportunities that it offers to you. It is a chance for you to
discover the earth and its wondrous inhabitants. To explore the nature kingdoms both physical and spiritual which
grow and are nurtured by the earth and the energy of mother earth. It is a time to be observant and to connect with
these kingdoms. Allow yourself to be still and link with the plants, trees and animals as well as the many elemental
kingdoms that are present and care for nature on the earth. Walk, sit and most of all enjoy their energy and the love
they have to offer you, for most humans do not interact with the nature kingdoms on earth and thus miss out on many
wonderful opportunities and experiences. The Nature kingdoms have been placed on this earth not only for them to
learn and grow but also for us as humans to work together with these kingdoms and to learn from each other. It is a
great pity if you do not take the opportunity given to you, to connect with such kingdoms will raise the level of your
vibrations and increase your awareness. Even a few minutes a day surrounded in natural land of your preference will
benefit your health both physically and spiritually.
I believe that your guides, if you ask them will guide you to the correct place for you, it may be to a tree or by the sea,
in a park or by the river, you will find your special place where you can be your true self, relaxed and re-energise your
being as you connect with nature and its guardians. The vibrations of nature and mother earth have great healing
properties and healing is needed greatly for each soul on the earth at this time of your growth. So allow yourself this
treat of special time filled with harmony and peace, a time for yourself and a space to simply be with your soul. If you
do not connect with any beings of nature just allow yourself to be surrounded in their energy and instead discover your
inner soul.
With the warmer season on earth, the sun becomes stronger, warmer and brighter. The sun has such a healing
energy but must be treated with the respect it deserves, as it is a very powerful energy indeed. I advise you to take a
few minutes out of your day to respectfully stand or sit in its energy. Open your being to the sun so that all your chakras
even in your hands can benefit from the healing and energising heat and vibration of the sun. Its golden light will fill
your being entering through your pores and chakras and the creator’s love will surround you. It will melt all negativity
and replace it with a unique warm and golden light. It is advisable to do this each day, inviting the energy of the sun to
heal your being.

Archangel Michael introduces
The Celestial White Beings.
I Archangel Michael bring the white beings to speak you today, for they have such great knowledge and wisdom to
share with mankind. If you have not come in contact with these beings that we call the white beings then allow me to
elaborate a little. We call them by this name because unlike you they do not have a name and do not have a body; this
is because they are such pure souls of energy. They are white and live as one united soul on a planet in the galaxy.
Although they are one, like us they also have several different personalities that can be detected through the texture,
feeling or sensations of this energy. It is also why they appear to us sometimes as a community of beings. There is no
need to fear such beings for it is a great honour to be in their presence as they have mastered many realms and are
continuously ascending through the levels of spiritual growth.
Welcome dear children of the 3rd dimension. We are graced with your attentive minds that are ready and willing to
absorb new material and ideas. There are only few who are open enough to allow this flow to become a part of their
life. We offer you the energy flow of white light, as it is a part of our home and existence. We ask you now to allow this
flow of light to enter into your being, allow it to embrace your aura and fill your physical body. For light as we have
learnt is an essential key to ascension and spiritual growth. For the source the great God is a pure energy of light. If
you allow your body to be the same then you are not only strengthening your connection with the creator but also
allowing your body to regain the knowledge that you have hidden in the back of your mind or the very depths of your
soul. It is your spiritual knowledge, information that you have gained and collected throughout your many past lives.
Most of us chose to bring this knowledge with us whether we store it in our being or in our higher self, it is easy to
access if you wish to. Many do not even remember about this wisdom as they live their daily lives while others are
guided to regain it for use in this lifetime. We have seen some stumble across it by chance but does that really exist if
we have constant divine intervention?
The wisdom that you have stored is essential for life to proceed onto the next level of consciousness, the 4th
dimension and above. It will enlighten you on how life proceeds on these levels and will give you tools in order to
lighten your being and awaken your soul; to deeper, spiritual trails of thought and existence. It is up to you whether you
wish to tap into this wonderful book of knowledge and experience the rewards and treasures that you have saved to
help you through this lifetime. We are just reminding you of this wisdom and hoping that it will expand your knowledge.
For you are your own spiritual teacher with the assistance of your guides and angels. You have all the answers to your
questions within you or in your higher self.
All is needed to access this gold is to simply ask for the wisdom that you have store from past lives and your great
spiritual knowledge to be revealed to you in meditation, while you sleep or throughout your day. You may simply hear
words in your head. It may come as a book, box or treasure chest that your guides hand over to you. Each person is
individual, which helps us become one with the creator. We are all individual parts of the creator’s soul.
So we invite and encourage you to explore the great wisdom that lives within your soul and begin to use and learn
from it so that you may improve your life in ways you cannot even imagine.
Let the gracious white light shine on you and lift your spirit.

A message from The White Beings
We are the white beings we come to you from a planet far away, a star that is filled with pure light and holds our soul
group and community. We live at peace and as a whole. We are one soul that is one with the creator. We have
spoken to you before so it is very pleasing to be able to communicate once more in this positive way.
We are beings of pure white light and we offer you a healing bath. This we will guide you through and it will heal your
being and your soul. Any emotional problems or physical injuries will be healed. We give you this mediation as a gift
for healing to take place.
First lay down somewhere comfortable and relax. When you lay down your body becomes completely relaxed and
when you are relaxed your energy is easier to move so we are able to remove the negative energy from you easily.
Negative energy causes problems in your body and in your soul so healing is important.
Close your eyes and imagine yourself not in your room but lying on a clear quartz crystal bed. It is rise slightly from the
ground. You are lying comfortably on this large block of stone, breath deeply and allow the quartz crystal energy to be
absorbed by your body. This crystal is extremely strong and is cleansing and clearing your aura, body and soul of any
negative energy that you have absorbed, created or has stagnated in your being. Allow this clear but powerful energy
to fill your whole being and know that you are being cleansed on all levels.
As you concentrate on how this feels I will describe your surroundings. Your crystal bed is in the centre of the room.
The room is a circular shape and there are candles glowing brightly all around the edge of the walls. A soft incense
smell comes from the candles and fills the room. It is relaxing and promotes harmony and balance in your being. The
room is nice and bright but comfortable to the eyes. White wall surround you and they spiral upwards into a cone
shape in the very centre of the ceiling. As you look up into the centre of the ceiling you can see a white ball hovering. It
is pure white light. Watch this ball hover above you until you feel ready to invite it into your space. When you are ready
call on it and ask it to heal you. You will see the white ball getting bigger and bigger as it gets closer to your bed. It is
now a thin layer of white light that is laying a few inches above your body. You may notice also that the room has been
filled with the white beings. All you can see is many glowing white energy bodies. These are loving beings that have
come to heal and help you. They form a circle around you and begin to radiate their white healing energy of the
creator into your being and the layer of white energy melts into your body. This layer of light is healing the physical part
of your being. The white beings are healing and energising your aura and spirit energy.
Just relax and enjoy this experience, knowing that you are safe, you are cleansed and are being healed. You can stay
like this for as long as you wish. When you feel healed and energised with the love and light of these beings then you
can thank them for their work.
You are now lying on your crystal bed in the circular room alone with the candles once more. You can sense or see
your body and aura still filled with the energy of the white beings. This will stay with you as you make yourself aware of
the room that is your reality and bring yourself back into your life. It doesn’t matter if you fall asleep they may make you
sleepy so that they can work on a deeper level.
The white beings hope that this mediation will help and comfort you and that you use it to experience their healing
energies.

The White Beings
Meditation for Awakening Your Inner Eye
If you are drawn to this meditation then maybe it is the time for you to begin to open your inner eye. This allows you to
see into the spirit world and see your guides and the beings around you. This is a blessing but for some of you the
time may not be right. We all grow and progress at different a rate which makes us so divinely unique. By practicing
this mediation once or twice a month you will begin to gain a clear vision through your inner eye. This is also called
your third eye and is situated in the centre of your forehead.
We wish you to begin by lying down quietly and relaxed as you silence your mind. Ask for the protection of Archangel
Michael and the Angels of Protection. Then call on your guides and angels, ask them if it is the correct time for you to
practice this meditation, and then listen carefully to their answer. It may come as a word, sensation, feeling or just a
knowing. Trust in yourself and know that the answer is correct for you.
Now that you are relaxed and comfortable we can begin the meditation. Please begin by imagining yourself sitting
under a great and large tree in the middle of a beautiful garden filled with wild flowers and plants. Your back is leaning
up against the tree’s trunk. You thank the tree for allowing you to sit in its glorious energy. This tree has stood for many
years and was part of the tree community of Atlantis. You feel humbled and honoured to be in its presence. Sit quietly
and see if you can feel the energy of the tree. Does it have any words of wisdom for you? When you feel ready you
notice that there is a small natural hole in the trunk of the tree it is just above your right shoulder. Look inside the hole,
it is safe, inside you will see a small stone glistening in the sunlight, reach into the small hole and take out the stone. In
your hand lays a small crystal, it has been saved by the tree and holds the healing and releasing energy from Atlantis.
What colour is the crystal and what shape is it? Know that whatever comes to mind is correct for you.
Now lay down on the ground with your top of your head or crown chakra up against the tree. You can see the tree trunk
and its branches extend above you. Place your special crystal on your forehead/third eye. Allow the healing energy of
the tree to flow through your crown chakra and into your body. It is a luxurious green colour, which flows through your
body and out the bottom of your feet. It is cleansing all negativity from your being and sending it into the earth so that
mother earth may collect it and turn it into positive energy.
Now we ask you to call on the white beings.
” I call the loving Beings of White energy and light into my life, I ask you to come close into my aura and sit with me as I
meditate. Please help me to open my inner eye and see the truth of the creator and his loving beings of spirit. Thank
you.”
The white beings will come close to you now and will surround you in their loving white healing energy. They will form a
circle around your body as you lay on the ground. The energy will flow into the crystal that lies on your head and into
your third eye. It will disperse any negative energy or blockages and allow for a clearer vision. You can ask the white
beings to stop at any time you wish but be aware of any emotions or visions that appear, these may be from past or
the present life. Just relax into the healing and know that you are safe. When you feel ready ask the white beings to
withdraw and thank them for their help. The tree will stop its continuous flow of light energy as you place the crystal
back in the hole in the trunk. The crystal will remain here for when you come back again. Slowly bring yourself back to
the room that you are laying in and gently back to your physical reality. Be aware over the next couple of days to see if
you experience anything different.

Message 34.
Natalie – Atlantis, my final minutes
My Memory of the Destruction of Atlantis.
This was a memory from or provoked by the Selenite crystal egg I was holding during
meditation. It began with my head spinning as if I was surrounded by a tornado, which I
was while standing on the mountain.
I stand alone at the highest point of this Island; the elements surround me. I am alone as I climb to this highest point to
reconnect with my guides, with the mighty creator. The connection has vanished; it left me a long time ago. I know this
but my soul longs for the love to comfort my heart, but now all I see in my heart is fear, danger and shadows, visions of
darkness surround me and I crumble at the weight, the heaviness that holds my heart down, and stops it flying away.
The wind so powerful and menacing, it takes control of my body and whispers dark dangerous thoughts into my ear,
echoing in my mind. The elements are getting stronger, once my friends, now my enemies. I can no longer befriend or
communicate with these beings, they have become darker that I ever could have imagined. The sorcerers who are
now their masters have no mercy for me. I am everything they wish to be and everything they hate.
I am truly alone; the light has gone from this once haven. I see the land flooded with darkness; this scene breaks my
heart. My friends joined the masters; their powers control their minds. I will not be controlled for I am a being of the
light, you will not take me.
The fire element burns the land and leaves its mark with black ash. This is a symbol to me that there is no love left on
this land. Greed, power and lust have taken the place of love and now rule the land. I fall to the ground, the top of the
mountain shelters my back, never before have I felt so alone. Even at this height my powers have gone, my soul was
taken weeks before leaving the shell to stagnate. The crystals I hold in my hand for protection have also died. The
loving life has been sucked out of them and now they project the painful memories of our kingdom, our homes being
over ruled by a power that we couldn’t fight.
The end is coming, the clouds are low and dark, the wind stronger that ever as it works with the fire to cause more
destruction, explosions cover the land, rocks fly high.
The sorcerers, the dark lords, no longer feel the pleasure of their power. I know that they have lost control, the forces
they have created are too strong and like me they crouch in fear, praying for forgiveness. I know that they wish they
had not proceeded but it is only the darker forces that can hear their prayers and they answer with fear and hurt.
Unlike them I can see a tiny glimmer of light in the depths of my heart. This small amount of light comforts my breaking
heart and I know that the creator is with me. I have no love for these beings that destroyed my life but I send them my
small amount of love as forgiveness, I cannot leave without this last gesture. It has left me; the darkness closes over
my eyes and I am on longer.
I drift through space with darkness surrounding me. A warmth surrounds me; it holds me tight. As light floods, my soul
slowly begins to stir, the light within becomes brighter and brighter. I am home, I am safe, and I am love.
